Diritti di garanzia un corno

Si è rotta una delle due piantine che ho comprato a inizio anno 2024, pagato circa 200 euro all'epoca. Emily dell'assistenza mi ha preso per i fondelli per circa un mese, chiedendomi vari video per dimostrare che non funzionasse, in tutto ne avrò inviati 4-5, cavi diversi, prese elettriche diverse per poi passare la palla ad una certa Kathrine che mi dica di nuovo "prova con un'altra presa e mandaci il video".

bad costumer support

At first, the shipment took a very, very long time. Then Ivy's life went out after half a year, customer support didn't respond, so there was no way to get a replacement or communicate with anyone. Absolutely no recommendation, expensive and no way to do anything in case of non-functioning.

Lost order which was replaced

I ordered a Smart Ivy plant sometime back in February 2024 and seeing the order not being delivered after 4 months, I contacted the service desk and it came out that my parcel was list. Emily was really helpful and put a new order and just after 2 weeks, I received that one. Since I was not in a hurry, this really did not bother me and I was really grateful for the quick support I received. Thank you for the great experience !

HORRENDOUS experience

HORRENDOUS experience. If you aren't in NL, it takes MONTHS to ship with very slow customer support. Tracking is nonsense and does not give any insight into where the shipment is. Avoid this at all costs, it's not worth the chasing

I really love my smartplant ivy. The delivery was good. I sent them an email, and they responded in four days. A bit slow, but the support and service were very friendly. I would recommend this to everyone!

Je bent je geld kwijt!!! Niks bestellen!!!

Bestel hier NIKS (Tenzij je van je geld af moet).Anderhalve maand geleden een bestelling gedaan, maar nog altijd niks ontvangen. 3x een bericht geplaatst, maar dan hebben ze het zogenaamd druk…Ze lossen niks op, dus je bent je geld kwijt en je krijgt niks geleverd…

Scam?

Ivy Smartplant op 12 maart 2024 besteld. Op 6 juni 2024 nog niks binnen. Al 4 berichten naar de klantenservice gestuurd omdat er vanuit hen geen bericht updates komen. Krijg iedere keer een antwoord van een andere “collega”. Maar telkens geen concrete informatie waar mijn pakketje nu is.
Update: 66 dagen na bestelling bekijk ik nog eens de track&trace en zie dat mijn pakket op 22 mei terug is gestuurd naar China. Nooit bericht of geld terug gehad.

IT'S A SCAM

IT'S A SCAM. They don't respond to emails. Customer service is a joke. Ordered more than 10 days ago and there has been no change in order status. It was ordered only because it said it would be shipped in 1-3 days on the website. Ordered as a gift with a time crunch. Very Disappointed.

Na 5 weken nog niets gezien!

Op 13/4/2024 een order geplaatst bij deze organisatie. 1 week later via de chat op de website geïnformeerd naar de levertijd. Hun antwoord was dat door de drukte het even kon duren. 1 week geleden nogmaals een mail gestuurd, echter nog steeds geen reactie. Nu zijn we 5 weken verder en nog steeds geen levering. Track&trace gecontroleerd en het order is nog in verwerking. Ik stel mij dan enorme vragen bij mensen waarvan de levering na 1 week doorkomt. Ik ben zwaar ontgoocheld in deze webshop en de klantendienst ervan!

Update 11/06/2024: vandaag na 2 maanden wachten, een bericht ontvangen van de douane in België dat ik net geen 30 euro moet bijbetalen voor de invoerrechten. De firma heeft een vestiging in Nederland, maar alles wordt vanuit China verstuurd met de nodige kosten die eraan vasthangen. Ik raad iedereen aan om eerst te bezinnen vooraleer tot aankoop over te gaan!!!

Big warning don't order from them

If I could 0 stars. I had a problem with the product asked for help from December to now Mai everytime they said they will send me a new one and never talked to me afterwards. The website even has a lot bucks right now it's nearly impossible to write to the support.
