I locked away some savings in a fairly high interest rate. This company did not disappoint, they do exactly what they say they will. Mostly ,they didn’t bombard me with promotions, no further sales pitch . Their web site is easy to use and navigate, would highly recommend this company

Used SmartSave to invest cash in fixed rate fixed term over last 2 years. Great service. Good website, easy to use, clearly sets out all you need to see about your account, As long as the interest rates stay competitive will certainly use again.

I have used SmartSave a couple of times now and each time they have been easy to invest in,give a good rate and good options when the term ends.

I have used SmartSave a number of times by depositing substantial amounts with them over the years and found them to be as good as their word. That's all I ask for and need and that's what I have had.

I had a I year fixed rate saver which gave an excellent return on investment. I was grateful not to be bombarded with communications about other products etc. over the year but the communication with me was excellent when nearing maturity clearly outlining my options and what to do. Would not hesitate to recommend this bank.

Very happy with excellent savings rates. However, my 1 year fixed account recently matured and I had no offers of options what to do prior to the deadline. Consequently, I didn’t look online.
No response to my enquiry about this.

I opened a fixed rate account with an excellent interest rate, and was then left alone for a year. No bombardment trying to sell me other products, till, when the time came, I received prompts telling me my options, and was then guided through the very simple selection process. Very happy with my experience.

I have used Smart Save for 2 years now and they have never disappointed. Their interest rates for their bonds are amongst the best in the market, they give a clear view of how much interest will be paid and when. When my bond matured, they paid the proceeds directly into my nominated bank account right on time. Although they may not seem quite as familiar as recognised high street banks, their service and (and my trust in them) has been second to none. I am continuing to invest in one of their yearly bonds for a 3rd year in a row.

I found Smartsave to be clear , straightforward and easy to use. So much so I have reinvested for another year.

I held a 1 year fixed rate saver with Smartsave, which ended today. It was a very competitive rate. I found the whole process went very smoothly and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending their savings accounts.

I found smartsave to have a very competitive interest rate when investing in a fixed yearly saving account.
They always kept me involved and update how thing were running.
As the anniversary of the account was coming to maturing they messaged me on what options I would like going forward...There was never any pressure of re- investing but there was an option there...I didn't take it up for another year as need the money for something else at present but would have no hesitation of investing with them in the future...Thank you very much smartsave ..

Easy to set up and went smoothly when my account matured and was transferred to my nominated bank account.

I have invested with Smartsave for three years now and about to invest again. I have had no issues at all and found them to be very efficient. Only had to contact them once due to a mistake I made in the amount I wanted to reinvest at the end of term period and the response from Mark was very professional and quick. Much appreciated.
