I placed an order (992252) and paid $133.33 for a Giantz 1100 Watt Water Pump on 08-03-2026
The pump was never delivered after waiting a month. I tried to find out where it was. Ringing their phone number is a waste of time, so I emailed them about the whereabouts of the pump. An individual called Muhammad from their Customer Service Team replied and said that due to delays in delivery, they would refund me and asked for my bank details, which I provided. No refund was ever given. I have complained to the ACCC, and that issue is still ongoing. I also complained to the QLD consumer affairs, and they responded that SMARTYEZ would not respond to their messages, so their hands are tied. This company is an absolute fraud. I have read all of the reviews on Trustpilot, and everyone has had the same experience as me. They even reply to these reviews, saying that they are fake reviews. I do not believe that they are fake. Too many people have been taken for a ride by this organisation.

After I got a email about this feedback The order was sent the next day .I couldn't believe it so HAPPY. The order was sent via Costco Commercial .So I recommend contacting them via email. .( I never got the soundbar $157. . Don't buy it . Order no 992346 2.6.26 . Don't buy from Smartyez.)

Don't deal with this company, even if you find a very attractive price.
They were very quick to respond to help us when we had a problem paying for the order, but once the payment went through, there was no communication and no product delivered to us. They took our money and ghosted us. Yes, there is a number to call, but only the message said: "all our operators were currently busy and please call us back later or email us (They provided their email address in the message). Of course, we emailed them more than a couple of times, but there was no email back to us, neither from their purchase order page nor their contact us page. You can see there are some others who have had the same or a similar experience from this company, and if you don't want to be their next victim, purchase from other companies, but not this one.

You ask me for a review yet I have never received the product I ordered and paid for 2 months ago. I have emailed hi@smartyez 3 times for assistance and had no reply. I called the support number and the message directed me to email you. Overall a very poor experience, I cannot recommend you ...

Can we all report this website/retailer to get them taken down? I’m not sure why they still haven’t been taken down after scamming a lot of people.

The biggest scam I ordered two things with $100 over 2 1/2 months now and have still not received my item contacted this company multiple times over 20 emails the response was always the same, please wait 18 days for delivery to arrive Oxden multiple times for a tracking number. Nothing was sent back to me. The continuous response I received was the same every time your product has been sent out to you and no other information. Having a look at everyone's experienced. I realised in that this website was a scam do not order from here. Save your money and run from this website.

No news post placing an order for 3weeks. Emailed customer service, received no response. Received order tracking directly after few days post escalation. Seems unreliable.

I'm convinced this is a scam company. I made an order two months ago on 19 Feb 26, for an item through the shop app. I have not received a tracking number or any sort of shipping confirmation on my items. I have attempted to reach out to "smartez" multiple times throughout the past two months and I have not received any sort of meaningful response from them aside from the AI messenger referring me to my receipt page on the shop app.

I understand reasonable shipping delays but there is no reason for an Australian domestic parcel to be delayed for two months!

Avoid like the plague.

My order has not been delivered in over a month and I can not speak to a person. Nobody answers emails sent. When I try to search tracking it says order complete and asks if I want to reorder.

This is not a fake review i have an email with receipt of purchase and multiple emails that weren't replied to for months before i took it up with Afterpay and your phone system is fake no one ever answers its just the same message. Please be very careful of this company I was lucky to get my money back through Afterpay.

I got SCAM, never received the product, it's been over a month and a half waiting for my package

I placed and paid for my order on 23/02/6 and have still not received it as at 24/03/26. I have tried to contact Smartyez several times but have yet to receive a meaningful response. Their chatbot will only say that the order has been fulfilled. When I checked their tracking’ on the Shop App it only shows that it was shipped’ on 02/03/26. No further progress since that date. Every other Seller I deal with that uses the Shop App for order tracking shows me the complete timeline from order to delivery. I will never shop with Smartyez again.

Order was NEVER dispatched and NEVER delivered - this was revealed through the SHOP Tracking App. This is a SCAM Retailer do not buy anything from them as you may lose your Money. When queried about my order all they would reply was that it had been 'fulfilled' but tracking shows that it was never dispatched.

RECENT UPDATE
So now they are dodging their responsibilities by attempting to say that this is a fake review. This is a blatant lie to attempt to get TRUST PILOT to take this review down. Hopefully it will remain up to WARN everybody that this Online Business is a complete SCAM. Just take a look at all the other 1 Star TRUST PILOT reviews and see how much money this site has SCAMMED from legitimate buyers.

If I could give zero stars I would. No email follow ups. Phone constantly busy on repeat. Another phone no somebody cancelled the call multiple times. I felt like I was being scammed. You should be ashamed of your selves if you think this is the way to run a business. Shocking.
