Good customer service and products. Recommended.

I buy quite a lot of scent samples (I’m obsessed with perfume) and I’ve been really impressed with Creed. Their customer service is amazing. They’ll be my first port of call from now on.

I placed and order on 20th of November. Received a confirmation with a tracking number which didn't work form day 1 and is still not working. Wrote them 2-3 times and they answered me that the package has left UK and should arrive soon. That was 20 days ago!!!

Edit: The order arrived last week. Turned out there was a huge delay in the UK post office. The first tracking number was changed by them (post office) without notifing the sender. Everything with the content of the order is OK.

Fast service and super reliable, will be using again to trial a fragrance!

I have placed my order from Australia and they have advised they are looking for a shipping company, will I receive my order or is this a scam ??? Not happy :(

So I had to chase them after a week of no contact to find out if my samples had been sent. I am used to good customer service and samples arriving within 5 working days, but this was not the case.
In addition to this and more concerning, their 'sample' of Boss Bottled Oud Saffron, smells a little more floral and no where near as fruity or as rich in spice as the genuine bottle I also purchased (not from them). It has definitely been watered down, or at least diluted in some way for sure because it is WEAK. I will never buy from them again and I will also never recommend them, and in addition, will advise anyone who asks in the various fragrance groups I am in to avoid them if they are thinking of ordering.

I don’t know how I came across this website but I’m so glad I did! One of the great pains in life is choosing a nice perfume and actually liking it after you’ve spent so much money.

This company allows you to buy smaller sizes of a lot of high end perfumes and try them out. I actually just keep buying the smaller sizes as they’re so handy for clutch bags and travelling etc.

I can’t talk highly enough of this company and I’ve told so many people about it.

Please can you restock the car air fresheners. :)

I ordered Gypsy water. Delivery vert fast but unsure if it's an original as it's so faint even after several sprays.. I am disappointed as at 43euro the 12ml bottle is tiny and expensive.

My little moan is the postage label was marked as perfume now the wife nos what she is getting at Christmas... I would remove that from your postage label
