At first I had a complaint about two items missing from an order, and not getting a response from the customer service. Turns out I contacted the wrong email address, because the contact details on the website aren't very clear.
But now the customer service friendly responded and the missing samples are refunded. Thanks!

I have made 2 sample orders -
Order 24779 - 3 Mancera Sampls - all arrived and were authentic.
Order 24853 - 5 Mancera samples - 5 arrived and had very faint smell.

Purchased some creed royal oud samples for a friend as I personally think that's a great fragrance.

Had a slight issue but all was resolved and sorted in a timely manner.

Delivery seems a bit haphazard - I had to wait nearly two weeks for my last sample - but they arrive in the end and customer service is good. And having the opportunity to try before you buy is excellent, the samples are genuine and fairly reasonably priced.

Asked for refund, as its been 7 days and still not shipped my sample's, not fast shipping so wouldn't recommend, i get the impression i will have issues getting my refund,

I have never ordered from you in the past, so that is a lie !!! I placed first order on the 19th, and suprise suprise as soon as i ask you refund, ypu say you have sent the items, but i cant have the tracking nber yet

I was looking for a smaller size of my favourite perfume since I’m traveling, and I am very happy with the 6ml purchase here! Well packed and the real thing, might be a bit more gentle in the opening than the full size bottle I have at home, but that’s probably due to a different batch. The sample came with an atomisier, so it’s nice and handy. I do recommend the service, and I actually bought another sample today for my boyfriend. 😊 Thanks a lot!

Non ho ancora ricevuto il mio ordine, non risponde nessuno ai miei messaggi e niente rimborso. Non comprate assolutamente niente qui. Io ho provato prima con dei campioni profumo e ho speso circa 37 euro. Non vedrò più i soldi e nemmeno il pacco. Per me è una truffa, sono dei ladri. E poi quando la recensione non gli piace ti scrivono in privato di toglierla. Da quando ho chiesto di voler indietro i miei soldi non risponde più nessuno.

It has been more than a month since I placed my order and I have yet to receive it. No one knows where the parcel is and no one is doing anything about it. I have sent multiple emails to the company, they do not respond, except if I am being very pushy, while before ordering they responded directly. They could have found a solution if they wanted to (e.g calling the shipping company instead of waiting forever for their reply, sending another parcel, issuing a refund, responding to my emails etc), instead they ignore me and take no action whatsoever. This is an utterly disappointing and stressful purchasing experience. I am curious to see if they are going to do anything eventually, or they are a scam.

Edit: They refunded me eventually, so they definitely are not a scam, but I still am disappointed that I had to go through this stressful experience. It was the shipping company's fault, but ultimately shipping is an integral part of the buying process, so creedperfumesamples should perhaps cancel this collaboration as it is degrading for their image.

Excellent seller, first of all they have a great customer service, available also via Whatt'sApp. Courtesy and kindness combined with high quality products at a reasonable price. I will definitely come back to try new "smells".

Fantastic website with a great choice of niche perfumes. All totally genuine and a great way to test out perfumes as well as experience the higher end of the perfume market without breaking the bank.

I placed an order from Spain and the parcel took a few more days to arrive due to customs, but the truth is that the attention from the store manager was great. Highly recommended.

I've used this service a few times. They are top quality fragrances with really great sample bottles. They also have an app that'll save your cart etc. I would love to see a wider selection of fragrances available, especially designer. Yep. Great Business 👍

I ordered five samples, they all smelled the same: gasoline. I reported my bank and luckily I got the money back. I have reported them to the police

This is the first time I have used Creedperfumesamples and I've been very happy with the results. I have bought smaple aftershave from eBay in the past and you never really know what you're going to get, but this definitely isn't the case with Creedperfumesamples. The service was excellent and I have confidence that the products are just as advertised.
I will definitely be using them again.
