From the first phone call to Becca TDC excelled. Kind, compassionate and experts in their field the whole team has turned what used to be a harrowing experience into something safe and non judgemental. Dr Anthony, Irma, Dr Michael, Maria and Alina have all been fabulous - what a team!
I spent hours and hours researching and I am so pleased that I chose TDC - I couldn't have wished for a better outcome in any aspect of my treatment. I would not hesitate in recommending them and would in fact urge anyone thinking of treatment - do not look any further you have found the perfect solution and will not regret it! They excel in every aspect.

From beginning to end, the service provided was outstanding.

From the very start I felt reassured and fully informed. My teeth were significantly damaged not least because I had broken three front teeth in a fall. The promise was great and fully lived up to and the end result is everything I could have hoped for. I was especially impressed that throughout the procedure over many months I was never left without a fully functioning set of teeth so could carry on with life/work.The dentists were very skilled and backed up by first class clerical support keeping me informed throughout.

Right from the first steps I was given time to ask questions and never felt any pressure to comply with their advice. I thought about the procedure in my own time and the implications of having many teeth removed in order to place the implants. The whole team were professional and kind and I felt supported. Anthony and Michael Zybuts listened to my concerns and addressed them directly so that by the time I went for the procedure I felt confident that I was doing the right thing for my situation.
Having the implants has really changed my life for the better. I have more confidence and can eat whatever I want without hesitation. I also feel more confident in my looks and probably smile more freely.
Sometimes I see someone who I can tell is self-conscious about their lack of teeth or unable to eat freely and I feel sad knowing there is this procedure out there, but sadly not everyone can avail themselves of it.

It is about the care and care comes from the people who work there!

There is very little more to say. They are professional, caring and would not consider going anywhere else.

It's always a pleasure dealing with TDC. After 11 years with my implants it was time to get the teeth refurbished. The whole process took 4 weeks from start to finish, during which time I had to wear my provisional bridges. Unfortunately I broke the lower one three days before the treatment was due to be completed (my fault - I was warned to only eat soft food while they were in but became complacent). No worries, though - Eyal had my newly refurbished permanent fittings ready today, and installed them without fuss. A perfect fit. My thanks too to Becca who managed the process brilliantly as always.

The whole experience "Smile in a day" at TDC has been quite life changing, from being really quite depressed about my teeth and not enjoying food to one of amazement! I have the best teeth I could ever wish for and that was all down to Becca, Michael and Eial and the rest of the team, its been an incredible journey and I am so Happy. I cannot recommend TDC enough.

I used to be petrified of dentists - as such I let my teeth get into an awful state. Towards the end of the COVID lockdowns I had some serious issues with my front top teeth and i managed to find a local dentist that helped me through some of the anxiety. I managed to get some work done but was told without implants I would have to have a denture for the rest of my life, and at only 35, I was devastated by this news. I did some research online and found TDC in Harley Street. I booked in for a consultation and went through all of my fears and concerns and history with previous dentists and what I felt had caused me to let me teeth get into such bad condition. Anthony was extremely patient with me, he listened to everything I said and answered all of my questions. He went through all of his findings after doing a checkup and explained to me all of the different options available. I asked him for his recommendations and what he thought would be best for me in the long run, and we came up with a treatment plan that worked for me considering costs and time etc. I was then allowed to take this away and discuss with family/partner and told that it was ultimately my choice with no pressure at all.
I am pleased to say that I had successful implants fitted back in October 2023 and have been back for a checkup last week. I have even been to see the hygienist there which is something I never thought I would be able to do.
I cannot thank Anthony and his team enough for all of the care, consideration and empathy shown to me after being such a nervous patient and bombarding them all with so many questions and shedding so many unnecessary tears!

I'm very happy eith how the whole experience went, from initial consult as to suitability for whole procedure to insertion of full permenant implants.

I needed to do something as I had missing teeth, but have always been nervous of going to the dentist. From the first call to make appointment and through all the treatment I was treated so well.
I had sedation for the removal of remaining brocken teeth and implants, was very nervous before but I can honestly say I don't remember anything and after I felt silly about being so nervous. I did as they said and took paracetamol every 4 hours for a couple of days so didn't have any pain.
I now have my permanent teeth, can smile again and eat what I like.
I would say to anyone thinking of implants and feel as nervous as I was, they will take good care of you.

I had a botched double implant at Total Dental Care Folkestone, done by Antonio De Vivo,which left me in pain and discomfort for years and with Dental PTSD. One implant was not integrated and I had inflammation and abscesses constantly. I was developing gum disease despite constant cleaning and my other teeth were failing. These implants had to come out. I was really traumatised by this experience and very nervous about getting dental surgery again. The Smile in a Day team in Folkestone was reassuring and after being accessed by the team and figuring out the finance, I agreed to have the Smile in a Day surgery. I can tell you I was very scared especially after Dr. Michael Zybutz, the genius surgeon, told me that there was only a 50% chance of success in my case. I had already paid an arm and a leg for the previous implants and as a pensioner I had to juggle my finances to afford this procedure. But the surgery had to be done.
I did not want to be sedated but after the anaesthetist Dr.Nico VanVuuren listened to my concerns I agreed to have light sedation. He was excellent and my after effects were minimal.
Dr.Eial Makori, who really is quite brilliant, would design and plan the implants.
Becca co-ordinated the admin and appointments and was friendly, caring and professional at all times. Dental nurse Hema Thapa and the other dental assistants were caring and professional.
After the surgery the first thing I remember was Michael beaming and saying ‘it was successful!’ How he managed to navigate around the messed up bone and dead tissue is testament to his genius.
Eial did his magic, and it really it is astounding what he does. Dental engineering at its best. I walked out of the surgery smiling. Yes. Smiling ! And all in a day.
At the first return visit Eial had a surprise for me. He gave me his lunch apple and said ‘take a bite’ I was incredulous. No way could I bite an apple. I hadn’t done so for decades! I took a bite OMG it was wonderful! I told the team I had not had this many upper teeth since I was in my teens !
The implants have all integrated and the aftercare by the team has been fabulous. Such a difference from the last implants when I was left to struggle on with it.
I still have a few minor niggles. Getting used to a full rack of gnashes takes time and adjustment.
But the aftercare is good.
I cannot thank you enough Folkestone Smile in a Day team for your brilliance and care.

My experience was outstanding at TDC .
The whole team provided a friendly professional approach throughout my treatment.
I was able to call anytime during working hours for any queries I may have post procedure and given an emergency contact number as well to call if any complications arose immediately after the procedure . The bouquet of flowers day after were a very nice surprise !

My whole experience was excellent from the outset, staff were polite, friendly and professional. The greatest part of the treatment was the complete reassurance and the removal of the initial fear which to me was the biggest hurdle. Now my treatment is finished and the end result is absolute fantastic I am now a person who can't help but smile. Again excellent all round professional treatment.

I spent £27000 6 years ago for a bridge on 3 implants. During the procedure the temporay dentures collapsed twice. Last year the bridge fractured. A few months later it completely collapsed. No response for ages from TDC and now some 8 months later their "complaints procedure"dismissed my request for repair/compensation-without even contacting me. So dont use these people, you are better off going abroad-cheaper and more reliable. I will be taking them to court.
They didnt bother to send me their complaints procedure; didnt bother to contact my new dentist who described the implant solution as faulty and the materials defective; refused to provide me with contact details of Dr Kalish who carried out the work yet said it all was down to him as TDC/BUPA take no responsibility so no guarantee for the work done whereas here in France I get a lifetime guarantee. Dont use this company its pay every day not smile in a day
