Alan and Amanda own and run Smithbrook Picture Framing. Alan after studying carpentry and cabinet making at college in the 80s then trained as a picture framer at a high end Art Gallery in Guildford. Here he learnt to frame all types of medium and for some famous artists as well. In 1989 Alan was employed by Smithbrook Picture Framing and after a year moved to Walton On Thames to manage a high street framing and Art Gallery. Alan and Amanda are members of the Fine Art Trade Guild and has great skill in creating some amazing framing for your artwork. Amanda having retired from the NHS worked in a high end jewellery shop in Reigate where her love of jewellery gave her a platform for retail and offered great customer service. Amanda has an amazing eye for design and colour and has a natural flare for framing colours and design and will work with you and your framing ideas

Another lovely piece of work
I’ve used Smithbrook Pucture Framing many times over the years - I was particularly pleased with the latest piece of work which was a difficult reframing job on a very old and fragile picture. The team were very patient and helpful with advice on choice of frame too. Delighted with the finished product

Great find for framing
Really helpful in assisting with picking the right frame and mount for a photograph. Very quick turn around too. Will certainly use again next time I need something framing.

Attention to detail
I have had many items framed over recent years by Smithbrook Picture Framing and they have always done a fabulous job. They understand the personal nature of what is being brought into them and therefore the importance of listening and getting it right for the customer.

High quality results very quickly, with additional subject knowledge on the article. A little pricey but worth the extra.

Very personable service and very high quality frames. A million times better than the cheap ones with plastic glass you get online.

Would recommend
Good quality framing solutions offered from a wide range of custom options or alternatively off the shelf frames suiting different price points. Have been happy with both and am a returning customer. Friendly and efficient service.
