Amazing service got stuff I was missing very fast

I bought their anatomical heart and my package was stolen. I reached out and within a week they were working on getting me another. I got my heart and it works amazing and is a good size in the hand. Great product and a sweet team 🫶

I ordered something , beginning of this month. They created a label. They have not shipped it. I contacted them twice via phone no response. I emailed the email address that the website says to email to contact them and received a response that the email is not monitored and not to email that address. so at this time, I’m out the money. I’m unable to contact them. I have the route tracking insurance, but they cannot refund me because they created a shipping label but never sent a product. I do not recommend.

I bought a mystery box from Smokeday and I received a DabX Go. I was disappointed cause when I went to charge the device it wouldn't work. I new it wasent smokeday fault , it needed new batteries so I contacted you guys and you were so fast to get back to me and send me new batteries!! So i charged it and i got to use it and it works great! Thank you for all your help, you guys are awesome!

So, first off, you can't beat the pricing. The shipping is fast, and everything was packaged most beautifully to prevent breaking. Unfortunately, one of the pieces I ordered was missing. I contacted customer service. Wow! Most wonderful suprise! Customer service was polite! I received responses with a most friendly 'tone'. They asked that I give them a few days to investigate.- sure -.
Next thing I knew, a package arrived with my missing piece. OUTSTANDING!
Everyone makes errors, but the correction is what matters. This company is GREAT!

I order from here often. And as someone with a paralyzed hand I cant even begin to explain how nice these piese are and the customer service that comes along with it. With my hand being the way it is im so happy they sell short stack cylinder bongs. Every bowl head had a little handle which makes one handed smoking very easy. Their bowl heads slide with ease and dont get stuck. Their always easy to clean with my rubber stoppers, they always fit. For me little thing like this make my life a little easier. I have bought many things off here including mystery boxes, pipes, bongs and bong accessories and I have never once had an issue with them. Everything's always came in ( not broken). The mystery box is got recently was the pipe box and it came with a bunch of different pipes, a plastic grinder, some screens and huge papers. All equaling over what I paid including shipping. This is the best and most reputable website I have found that is somethin like atomic glass or cheech.

Great customer service and great product. I ordered a puffshot its so cool, and gets the job done very well. I had trouble when someone stole my package at first but they came through and made me feel heard and not pushed to the side. They helped me get a replacement. Was very smooth process. Fast shipping, with tracking. This website was the only website i could find my specific carb cap. i looked through multiple websites and multiple google pages till i found smokeday.com. They were sold out everywhere. i could not be happier about the quality of service i received. i couldn't find my little terp pearl and they almost instantly responded asking if there was anything that they could do and my smart self found the pearls in the baggy. They were super nice when i told them i found them. I will forever love and use smokeday.com since they saved me in my time of need. The prices are out of this world affordable. im surprised this website isn't more popular than it already is. Will Shop Here Again Soon. I have to buy my coils from somewhere and like i said the tracking from this website is on par if not better than amazon prime. i mean it only took me 3-4 days to get my product and it showed me every step their delivery process took. Overall Best Smoke Shop I've Ever Had The Blessing To Come Across.
