They went through a third party shipper and did not use the shipping option i chose, they also are not contacting me back about this. I would never reccomend this website to anyone who wants what they pay for.

I wanted to step up my glass game, and Smoke Day had such a great variety, I easily found my piece, AND on sale. Even better after I had placed my order online, I got an email from Smoke Day the next day promoting a 10% sale. I figured I missed out, but I shot Smoke Day a message and they got right back to me, and honored the discount, even though I had missed it. What amazing customer service! That is exactly what brings people back to a business; the personal touch. The piece is just right, and when my next purchase is made, it will be with Smoke Day!

I purchased the pink smoke day grinder which is tiny miniature I don't know what that would hold and the Cherry bong it's not worth the money it's real grainy feeling and then I bought the pink sunflower bead pipe that is the only thing that is worth what I bought the rest I'm going to return.

Shipping was super fast quality of product was amazing 0 complaints checking the rest of the site now

Ahhhhh these guys are freaking bad ass! We recieved our mystery smoke box today and we are blown away with the contents! Well worth the money spent! We ordered the $129 box on a discount and paid $94 total. I recieved 2 very nice quality bongs, a glass piece and a few little goodies. I loved the thrill of unboxing. Thank you guys!!

smoke day has awesome costumer service and their products are even better. glass pieces are wrapped in bubble wrap and packaged very well. 5 working days delivery . if your looking for a bong take a look @ sully from monsters inc. this bong rippes huge clouds with no coughing. smoooooooooooth hitting

I had ordered a nice looking piece from Smokeday however the piece arrived damaged. I reached out to support and support was amazing and timely with sending a replacement piece. It hits nice and I look forward to shopping at Smokeday in the future.

I ordered my first piece from this site and it survived less than 3 months, the bottom dropping out when I slightly touched it to the corner of the bathroom counter. I break a lot of glass, though, so I blamed myself instead of the quality of the item. I saw a BOGO deal and decided since I'll inevitably break them, two identical pieces would be fine. I confirmed the BOGO deal with the online support agent, but when my order shipped it showed only 1 item. My email was met with assurance that both items were on the way. They were not, predictably only one arrived. I will say that the problem was fixed efficiently, they shipped out my second item within a few days. HOWEVER, I've had the BOGO pieces for a few weeks and already broke one. I didn't drop it. It was sitting on the floor, got *tipped over*, and shattered. That's unacceptable quality for glass, even on a BOGO deal. A piece not being able to handle being dropped is one thing - but multiple pieces breaking basically just from being touched wrong? That's a quality issue. I doubt I'll be ordering again.

Love the pieces I received- one arrived broken and customer service was top notch , had it replaced a couple days later… definitely recommend these guys for all your 420 needs !

I contacted about a broken piece that I had received. They promptly responded to my email and asked for a picture. They responded about that receipt as well. I then received an email stating they are replacing the piece. I received it today and it is beautiful and made of excellent quality. Excellent, quick, and efficient customer service. I will gladly purchase again

Not only is every piece I order from here amazing at a decent price. The customer service is so amazing! I misaddressed one of my orders, when I reached out there were multiple messages from the company trying to help ASAP

I've ordered from this company in the past and had a great experience. This last time I ordered a bong, and it arrived broken. Rose Ann from customer service was great to work with. She responded to my email quickly and professionally. I sent a couple of pictures and a video of the broken piece and after review, the company sent a replacement bong. The whole process was smooth and quick. I'll definitely order from Smokeday again!

Smokeday is a great business in my opinion. Everytime I have placed an order, it is timely and correct. The products I have ordered are quality. I love the free shipping for an order over $9.99.
