I puchased a product which came in the package as two separate items. One of the items was shattered during shipping. I took pics and emailed the photos. The customer service staff here jumped right on my case and had a replacement piece shipped to me within a couple days. This one arrived beautifully and now i am fully enjoying the quality of this product. Highly highly recommend Smokeday. You will not be disappointed.

Greg Abbott still sucks, but Smokeday doesn't. A great variety of pieces to choose from at fair prices. Not only did I get some cool stickers, but they threw in a free one hitter and grinder. They back their product and responsive customer service. I will definitely be back.

THIS COMPANY IS SO FREAKING GREAT, after dealing with a bunch of trash online glass business’ I was worried about giving it another shot, but smokeday delivered within like 48 hours after placing the order. Gave me constant updates while on its way, and the quality of the glass itself is amazing.
