SMSGlobal are the best! I would highly recommend them. They are a great company who offer very decent services and if you ever were to have any troubles, they have an amazing team who are nice and friendly and will help you.

The sign on was a bit over the top. All I needed was the connection data, but I have met some of the people you have to do business with and maybe the setup routine is necessary. Somehow you have my name wrong, not that common these days but annoying, and last of all when I pay the money comes out of my account instantly, but takes more then 24 hours to apply to my account. That's what credit cards are about. Is paypal instant? We used the credit and needed to top up to continue to use the service. Fortunately we remained event free in the interim.

Generally works very well. Frustrated occasionally by messages I have just sent, not appearing on my outgoing list. I know they have gone because I get replies later on, but need this glitch addressed.

Hard to get support. After 6 days still no fix to problem. Testing another vendor sms now.

Easy to log on and retrieve my promo code.
Sending msgs is intuitive.
Just need more fields from the report on the extracts.

Charging for messages that wre not delivered and the fact that messages sometimes doesn't get to destination is problematic.

Good so far. SMSGlobal come highly recommended.

I am working on sending SMS dynamically through my website. Until now I cannot find the suitable code to integrate it into my website and if it keeps not working I might ask for a refund. This is so depressing.

I find the MXT version very clunky compared to the old program.
Harder to move contacts to other lists, reports not working...

Haven't had any successful sms reply, reported it to sales person many times, the problem was not fixed yet.

Haven't interacted very much with the people there. Use smsglobal as an add-on (API) for our infoodle database, works just fine.

We want clear reports from you, after doing campaign.
In reports about sent, delivered, undelivered.
Periodic reports have been some variations after campaign.

We wants only clear reports from you.
