Good, but hard to pay

I like the platform, but it took 2 goes to pay them. There support is atrocious at replying in time and understanding you and just wrong in a recent request that caused me a lot of unnecessary work that lead to nothing.

Manual review of credit card payment

It is most frustrating to have every credit card payment sent for manual review and what makes it even worse is not even getting an email confirmation of when it has been approved (and yes I have checked my junk mail and it is not there either). The new platform is still a bit clunky but all in all the service functions reasonably well.

SMS Global misleading consumers and terrible service

Please avoid at all cost. they lie about the service, not only that they dont actually send the SMS but charge you for that, none of their reports are working, but they dont like give you refunds as well, saying that its under terms and conditions... they are worse con job artist in the current digital word. So be very carefull on waht they say.

Slow and clunky

Why do I have to have my credit card purchase manually reviewed EVERY time when I (our Church) have been purchasing credits from your company for over 10 years. When we get the online Invoice there is no acknowledgement of payment and no receipt supplied. Slow, clunky system that has shown no improvement with recent changes.

We're sorry to hear that you're having difficulties. We manually review some transactions to prevent fraud. If you'd like to drop our customer care team a message they'd be happy to whitelist your account to prevent this happening in future.

In terms of the payment receipt, you should be receiving a confirmation email that you payment has been processed - please check your junk mail folders. All invoices are available to download inside the MXT platform, please select 'Billing History' under the store link in the menu.

MMS Charges Not Accurate

The charges associated with MMS was given on the site but I was charged a different amount. When I emailed customer support I was told what is shown on the website is an "estimate" and may not be what is actually charged. That doesn't make sense, I need to know how much I'm being charged! It should be a fixed amount. Also, it's been over a week and customer support has not responded to my question on how I can know what I'm being charged per MMS. It's very difficult only communication with customer service via email. There needs to be other, more immediate, ways to contact support as well.

We don't actually list the MMS rates on our website as we don't offer the service in every region. When you go to send a message, you should see the estimated message cost on the right hand side beneath the message preview section.

Not working

I have made several sms test but do not receive any message on the phone
After contacting the support service three times, they have not solved anything

Customer Service

I tried to get an answer to a question from their customer service department. It took many many email -- even with annotated screenshots! Still, in the end getting the answer required a phone call in which they informed me that they do not provide the service that I needed at any price. Their documentation on this issue was confusing / non-existent. It would be great if you can just say -- "we don't provide this....".
