I got the service for a test run. Be careful, they will ask for 30 days in advance for cancelation. That mean they will charge you another month after your cancelation.

Worst service ever, technical issues, not working out of the box, terrible customer support, terrible documentation, no refunds, and no immediate cancellation.

This by far the worst add-on…
This by far is the worst add-on I've had with Wordpress. I was using Google which worked perfectly well, But was slow and had limitations. As this was one of the recommended sites I decided to use it The biggest mistake I ever made. From Day One I had problems with errors after over 12 contacts and hours on the phone finally got the system to work. in the middle of our first mailing to our members, Without notice ,STMP.com, Stopped mailing to our members . After two days on the phone and numerous emails, Apparently somewhere along the line they said I was sending spam out. This was our member list. And some members were upset that they did not get the correspondence. Their support is terrible, Each email or phone call you're starting over completely like they take no notes. I would not recommend them to anyone. We switched back over to Justhost as primary and google as secondary, and have had no problem since, Justhost was extremely helpful and everything works well

So for whatever reason, mand I've never run into this with a service driven company. They required 30 days notice for you to cancel. So if one day you realize you don't need the service anymore and cancel you would expect maybe not to get a prorated refund for that month but you would NOT expect to get charged for an additoinal 30 days for the next month, for what? Basically they are stealing an extra month from you. I cancelled on October 2nd so not only did I not get a prorated refund for October (fine) but they wanted to charge me for the entire month of November. Again for what? So I cancelled my credit card so they couldn't charge me. Beware. YOu will always have to pay an extra 30 days no matter when you cancel. 100% theft and very underhanded practice.

Shady business. Their service did not work, their support was terrible, and they did not want to let me cancel.
SMTP never worked & Refuses to cancel
We never got SMTP to work despite following their setup guide. Customer Service could not help quickly either but did keep sending automated reminders asking if they could help.
And you cannot cancel via the site: we're trying to cancel by mail but they still have not confirmed cancellation despite 3 very clear requests to do so.
Service doesnt work well
Service doesnt work well, alot of emails didnt get delivered and they are not taking issue seriously. During cancellation they just repeat themselfs as robots but wants me to continue using their service wich is not working. Would definitly not recommend!
A Horrible Company
They take payment up front, so I only paid for the first month, because I had read a couple of really good reviews. There was no free trial. I found the interface to be tricky. It just wasn't what I wanted. Found cancelling trickier than the interface. They wanted 30 days notice. So my first month is gone. Two days later they senmd me a quesitonaire saying they cannot close my account until I answer their quesitons. They also called me while I was sitting down with my family. Horrible company.

Scammy vibe
I'm not happy with the service and customers support is simply not answeriung the emails (unfortunately you need customer support to end the subscription, it cannot be done on the account).
It's a scam
Hi guys, I was unfortunate as the rest of the others. They were too quick to get you subscribed and then none of the services worked. Trying to remove the credit card or a request to cancel is beyond impossible. We moved with Mailgun and it worked within minutes. This company acts illegally and don't let you remove the card details. I will be filing Section 75 against them with my Credit Card company.
Horrific customer service
Horrific customer service. When you have a question or complaint, they just ignore you. I would strongly recommend that you look elsewhere, don't put yourself through the stress of dealing with this highly unprofessional company.

i'm trying to get my money back but they take a lotttt to respond. and i cant even get my company card out of their website, you can't cancel your subscription so they just take your money from your account

Terrible Experience and a Waste of my Time
Email delivery rates are poor. They blame the customer for their own service problems. They email cleaning system does not work well. Their web interface is weak and lack features. Setup was easy.
Ultimately, SMTP was a gigantic waste of my time. I asked for a refund. They said they don't care that I had terrible experience with their software. I suggest you look elsewhere if you care about good customer service or email delivery rates (and you should.)
If you need no help and nothing will ever go wrong then use SMTP
They’re great kind of until you try and cancel. Then you get bombarded with so called help but it’s really only to conserve the subscription. Don’t cancel one day late even if you are having known issues they will take another months subscription. They kill any remote chance you will return to them. Personally I don’t think they care much about their reputation or what anyone thinks of them.

I really appreciate the hard work of SMTP get team . they give 100% and dedication in services . customer support is available 24/7. As a client since 2020 Im able to test their software with ease of navigation. Throughout my journey in testing phase, the customer service was very helpful. When we finally deal with the end customer , we had ZERO PROBLEMS. You can build your own smtp email server and send unlimited emails. I am so happy to say this that i have chosen SMTPGET and I hope they deserve this appreciation.

Illegal Card Charges after Cancellation
Cancelled the account multiple times and they continue to charge our card anyway. Literally had to cancel the credit card it was on to stop them. Do not use these guys in any way. They are crooks trying to milk as many people as they can.
