Terrible company
Terrible company. Cannot even be bothered to help me get a refund back after their singing app for google play store was rubbish having musics unexpectedly not work, a lot of musics aren't original and a lot of people cannot sing.
Their services are just as useful as those useless MPs in power currently talking a lot of nonsense. They violate their refunds policy so if you do change you m ind, even just after you subscribed to them, they won't give you a refund because you have to be a VIP member (which doesn't say nothing about being a VIP member. Absolute rubbish. DO NOT GET THEIRS APPS AS WELL AS THEIR SUBSCRIPTIONS!!!

I am sick to my stomach right now cause of the Smule helpdesk!
I am sick to my stomach right now, Smule will not answer my simple questions, I have spent all day (and the days before this) trying to get an answer to a simple question, but they only send automatic answers that don't answer my questions. I am so mad, this is costing me my whole day and all the hours before today of mailing them and not getting answers, I am so mad at this company.

My daughter has been charged by this company for a subscription she did not want. She did not have the app on her phone but has been charged £8.99 8 times. This is a complete rip off. Do not install this app

Can't cancel subscription
Can't cancel subscription! This app has been stealing money from people by not giving them a choice to cancel subscription. I have been paying for over 2 years!! They never gave assistance to cancel your account especially when you want to coz you're not using it!!!

Absolute Scumbags
This bunch of absolute scumbags whilst working working in full gaze of apple.com have been making unauthorised debits from my apple account for 6 months fro an app called Magic Piano by Smule.
In total they stole over £150.00 without any subscription or any sign up. I googled the apple forums to fid that that have been doing this to many customers and yet Apple have not removed them form the app store.
To be clear Apple, you are actively participating in a conspiracy to defraud your own customers!!
Apple were like.....we will refund the recent charges......No Buddy, you will refund all the charges otherwise I will have my bank reverse all my payments to apple for the last 6 months!!!!!
