Quality review needs to be better. One package had a hole in the side because a cookie got caught in the sealing process and I had to throw it away.

My problem started when I wanted to return the order. I emailed twice and even called several times in order to start the return process. I NEVER received a reply to my emails or any calls.

This is an amazing company. I would have ordered more but everything I desired was Sold Out!

It took a little while to get, but my shipping was free and the product was reasonably priced. They also notified me that orders were taking longer. The product arrived undamaged. The 24 glass bottles of hot sauce were packed extremely well. I would purchase from them again.

The shipping was fast & Snackathon Foods had in stock the item I was shopping for.

There was a very long delay in shipping. After I placed my order I received an email stating shipping would be delayed 3-7 business days and they would not cancel or refund my order due to those delays. After 10 business days I sent an email and my order shipped a day or 2 later. I placed my order on September 15th and have not received as of October 6th.

I like to order from Snackathon Foods because their order process is smooth and the product shipment is fast and well packaged.

Never received my order, they never shipped it. Had to reach out to cancel it a month later.
