My first & last purchase!

My first purchase & it doesn't even deserve 1 star! The paint? on an Expensive handbag I bought started peeling right off the leather after only 1 use. They only have a 7 day return, which is unbelievable. Who has such an awful product guarantee. I believe they are selling fake designer bags. They even sent me someone else's bag. Would they stand behind your bag, if they made the mistake to send it to the wrong person? I'm sure they wouldn't. I searched out this particular handbag that The Real Real didn't have. And The Real Real is awesome! They have Authentic products. Never purchase from Snagged & Bagged!!!! So they gave me a refund of $20. So the bag cost me $180 instead of $200. I used the bag twice for special occasions. Now I do not use it at all. It is too embarrassing. I could've had 3 much nicer bags for the price of this poor quality one. The brand is Kempton & Co. which is a luxury brand. So I do not believe that it is a genuine Kempton & Co. bag. The entire painted leather side is stripping, while the rest of the bag is fine. It was brown marbled color & now it has ugly white patchy stripes throughout only one side. Just beware when shopping for second hand bags from "snagged & bagged".

First purchase with them did not go…

First purchase with them did not go well. Bought a pair of billini heels. Box showed up majorly damaged. 1 heel I could tell was tried on at some point because it was not packaged nicely like the other heel. I asked for a exchange because I think I have a valid reason to want one regardless of their return policy, and they only offered 10% refund and said the box was only "minor" when it's major damage.

So far not happy with their customer service, and would be nice if they did accept returns and do exchanges.

Toxic chemical odor in shipment, laughable response

In response to my complaint (below) about a sweater set arriving with such a strong toxic chemical smell that it hurt my throat and I have to keep it outside, Snagged + Bagged emailed me that it will credit me $4.24, or one percent of my total order. It was my first order with the company.

I had asked for EITHER reimbursement for dry cleaning or the price of the sweater set, which was about $42. Snagged and Bagged refuses to do this or to accept a return, probably because the items smell so bad.

My initial email to S&B:

Hi,

I received my first Snagged and Bagged order (in four shipments) last week, and while most of the order is fine, one of the shipments contains such a strong chemical odor that it is hurting my throat and I have to keep the items outside the house. I would like redress from Snagged and Bagged as detailed below.

The order number is 9*** and the USPS tracking number for the problem shipment is USPS tracking number ***. It's a Sofia Soft V Neck Sweater Set, size L, that shipped out of Safety Harbor, FL 34695.

When I unwrapped this shipment the toxic odor in the sweater set was so strong that it hurt my throat and I had to take them outside. I hung them outside all weekend but the smell and toxic reaction has only diminished slightly.

I have no known chemical sensitivities or allergies. I don't know what this odor is. As of now the shipment is unwearable.

I would like prompt action from Snagged and Bagged as follows:

1) I am taking the shipment to my dry cleaner as soon as they open this morning. They'll tell me if the odor can be removed and the cost. Be aware it might cost more than what I paid, which was $42 plus tax. (My total order was $420.60.) I would like you to credit me the cost of the cleaning.

2) If the odor cannot be removed, I would like you to refund me my cost of the shipment, $42 plus tax.

3) In either case, I would like you to contact the shipper, copying me, and inform them that the shipment is unacceptable and that to protect the integrity of your business model they must stop sending unwearable clothes into your system. I expect to receive copies/records of this conversation.

I see from social media that this particular problem of Snagged and Bagged sending out toxic-smelling clothes is a rare but persistent problem with your company. I love fashion and want to support small businesses including Snagged and Bagged. For me to continue to do so, I must receive redress for my issue as detailed above.

I suspect it is just a few bad actors who abuse S&B's business model by mailing out bad shipments, but if S&B won't work harder to keep customers I have to recommend that people avoid the company.

9 days since I ordered my boots no update, no boots.

9 days since I ordered my boots, and recieved a tracking number, which I have to assume is fake as there has been no movement of the item. There seems no way to contact this company that has a way to resolve the issue. I will have to file a dispute with my bank in the coming week then wait 4 to six weeks for the resolution.. I would strongly reccommend considering this against any money saved by shopping this company. As I will still need boots to go hiking in on my vacation.. Now not only will I pay the retail price in order to have hiking boots, but I will also be waiting on getting my money back. So I will effectively be out 150% of my money..

They sold me a 6 carat tennis necklace and I received a 3 carat tennis necklace. I have emailed and called over 50 times and no response. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE HERE!!!!

To the reply- I see you said two hours??? Try three day and I still do not have a refund. I sent the item back on Saturday. This is still unresolved.

Unclear carat descriptions for final-sale jewelry

I found Snagged & Bagged while shopping for one-carat lab diamond stud earrings and was drawn in by the price.

The listing said each stud measured .5 in both length and width but did not specify total carat weight, which made it appear each earring was half a carat. A one-carat photo was also used. I contacted customer service before purchasing to confirm the total weight and never received clarification.

The earrings arrived as half-carat total weight. They are beautiful, but not what the description or photos showed. Customer service offered no accommodation beyond “final sale,” even when I offered to return them at my own expense for store credit.

Final-sale policies are fine, but fine-jewelry descriptions must be precise. Pricing is good, but the product descriptions and customer service process need work.

I would give this entity a zero star review if I could. I have bought from them several times, always with mixed or poor results. I will never make the mistake of doing business with them again. The first time I ordered, they did not have one of the items and had to refund me. The second time, they sent me an item with holes in it and offered me a paltry 15% discount for the trash they sent me. The third time, USPS marked the item as "delivered to parcel locker." I live in a single family residence at which no parcel lockers can be located. The post office confirmed the item was not delivered to me or my address. I provided that proof to Snagged and Bagged. They said that because it was marked as some form of delivery, they would not refund, even though they conceded their responsibility was to deliver it to MY ADDRESS. Their reason -- their own claim for reimbursement with USPS was denied so they were passing their cost to me. My credit card company refunded me and confirmed the seller has an obligation to deliver to your address and that the delivery notification was proof it was not delivered to my address. The item was $340. A company should be able to absorb the costs of doing business and perform decent customer service. This one does not. You can find the same items discounted on many sites and even new with tags on The Real Real, Poshmark, and Ebay. You do not need to buy from this company. You will have better buyer protection from every other site and there is no end to all the beautiful things in the world. There is no reason to use this company, so don't. It's not worth the risk or the hassle that you will be left with no or defective items that you then have to file claims about.

Shop Elsewhere

Item they claimed was in stock was not available. Lost out on another similar deal by trusting their ability to count. Sent me a coupon code with a value LESS THAN what was posted on their own website. Would not recommend purchasing from them.

Heard back from company. Offered an apology and indicated they would work harder to ensure accuracy. Appreciate their response. Will try them one more time.

Took $ but never shipped

I placed an order 01/05/26. Shipping label was created the next day, but as of 01/18/26, the package has still not been given to USPS. I've sent several emails to S&B that have all gone unanswered. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card tomorrow.

Stellar ordering experience

My recent order experience with Snagged and Bagged was outstanding, and I'd like to strongly commend them. Not only were they able to provide me with a discontinued item I've been hunting for, and ship it to me (in HI) very quickly, but their customer service was nothing short of stellar ~ thoughtful, responsive, and wonderfully helpful. Snagged and bag had exactly what I was…

Snagged and bag had exactly what I was looking for. And the best part in my size XS. Quick shipping for several items at five dollars? I mean come on nobody does that. Very pleased with the simplicity of placing orders. Tracking orders on SHOP is marvelous. Never have to guess what stage my order is in. Complete tracking from shipping to delivery.

I ordered my size in a shoe I’ve owned before. When I opened the box, I immediately knew they would not fit, but did try. They fit more like a 10/10.5; plus, the toe box seems different. Maybe counterfeit? Who knows. What I do know is that “all sales are final” and they sent me crap! I emailed and called, nothing.

Multiple Errors and No Real Customer Support

Initially, I was excited to find my Olukai shoes on this site and thought I was getting a good deal. I placed an order for the Kona color.

A week later, I received an email saying the shoes were mislabeled and were not Kona, but gray. I replied asking whether the size was still the same since the color was not a big issue. They confirmed in writing that everything was exactly the same except the color.

Another week later, the shoes arrived and they were the wrong size. I ordered a size 10 and received a size 12. What made this worse is that the package included a form they filled out certifying that the shoes were the correct size.

Customer service was frustrating. There is no phone support and communication is email only with delayed responses. After contacting them, they told me they could not send a size 10 because they supposedly did not have any in stock and that I would need to send the shoes back.

I then found the exact size 10 listed on their website and sent them the link. Their response was to tell me to place a brand new order and send the incorrect shoes back.

This experience made me very uncomfortable. It feels disorganized at best and deceptive at worst. Sending the wrong size, claiming items are unavailable when they are clearly listed, and asking customers to place new orders instead of fixing their mistake does not inspire trust. I would not recommend this company.

We understand how frustrating this is and will address it with the shipping team so that the size is triple checked, both in the shoe and the tag. A couple of significant issues....

A couple of significant issues....buyer be aware.
1. Item purchased is not as described or how it appears in the pictures.
2. Item went on sale before I received it. Customer Service would not adjust the price accordingly. Bad service. This is my first order purchased. Never again.

SCAM. Please don’t buy from here idk how they have good reviews. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered what I thought was a for love and lemons lace dress and it’s a complete scam. There is no lace on the dress it’s an ugly fabric with a for lemons tag on it. That has to be illegal.
