Extremely disappointing…

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I genuinely tried to resolve an issue politely and reasonably, and they refused to help in any meaningful way.

I ordered what I believed was a Tory Burch Fleming Soft Bouclé Small Convertible Shoulder Bag. What arrived was something entirely different from what I intended to purchase. I immediately reached out, explained the situation, provided photos, and even offered to pay to ship it back and pay the price difference to get the item I thought I was buying.

Instead of showing any level of customer service, flexibility, or basic fairness, they simply repeated that “all sales are final” and told me they would not help — even though this was clearly not a case of buyer’s remorse, but an honest purchase mistake during checkout. They hid behind policy rather than valuing a customer.

A reputable company would work with a customer in good faith. This one did not. I would strongly caution others to think twice before buying — and double- and triple-check your cart, because if anything goes wrong, they will absolutely not help you.

I will not be shopping with them again.

Update:
After several follow-up emails and pushing back, the company did ultimately process my refund. I returned the bag at my own expense, and the refund was issued afterward. While I appreciate that this was resolved in the end, it did require multiple communications to get there. I am pleased that this was fairly resolved.

This was my first time ordering

This was my first time ordering, my 12yo, social media daughter has an Ed Hardy fixation now, kinda cool seeing her find it because I was there when it launched. But I found these guys in the internet, hesitant to order just because they are new to me.

Any how I placed the order, sent and email to check on shipping, they replied quickly and friendly.

When I couldn't find my delivered order (I was in the back of my mailbox haha) I sent an email, they responded within one hour with Pic of tracking label.

As a Brand Manager who works with global and small businesses. THIS IS HOW YOU TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS CONCERNS, especially a 1stimer and during the holidays.

I'd give 5 more stars if I could

Im still waiting for a pandora charm…

Im still waiting for a pandora charm ordered 12.6.25. USPS has been holding this order in limbo for a week. Today is the 16th.USPS - I will never order from this site if this is their mode of delivery. I don't care how much it cost. I pray I get my charm as there is a no refund policy. Need for Christmas in Illinois.

Defective merchandise-No return!!

Ordered a men’s Champion brand sweatshirt in large. Must be an irregular as the neck was faulty. High in front - less so in back. Side to side was a gap of 3-4 inches. Had Champion sweatshirts before. This is NOT how they fit.
Of course they have a “all sales final policy”. So if you get a defective item you’re stuck. Beware this online retailer. They sell faulty or irregular merchandise.

Be Aware.

Purchased a dress that was "New With Tags"to be given as a holiday gift. I received a dress that came in a rumpled ball with a hand written tag, and deodorant stains and loose buttons. Clearly worn. Their response "We can easily get this resolved for you! A damp wash rag with soap should be able to buff away the marks. With the condition in which your order arrived, we’re happy to offer a 10% refund to your original form of payment. The buttons are still secure on the product, but can be repaired."

They sold me a used dress - and their only attempt to make it right was to offer 10%.

UPDATE: This retailer did offer a full refund as a second option. Unfortunately, we did not have time to shop for/ship another dress, so opted to have it dry cleaned and button fastened. Overall, they were very responsive, and while they didnt accommodate more request for a $35 refund to pay for the cleaning/repair, they did offer to take it back. I personally wouldn't order from them again, but If you don't mind getting an item that may be previously worn or not in perfect condition, or you are willing to go through the hassle of returning/requesting a refund, they offer great discounts.

Beware of this Website!

I purchased a Margaret OLeary sweater from Snagged and bagged . This is a brand I have purchased for years and have made several purchases recently. I am always a medium. I ordered my usual size and received an unusually large sweater, which must be over 10 years old or fake. When I asked for a refund or store credit, I was rudely told no. I would not trust the authenticity or the products on this site.

Wrong item sent. Price has changed. S&B will not send a replacement.

I ordered three Padma scarves at a sale price with free shipping. Two arrived several days ago. The third arrived today and is the wrong scarf even though the packing slip claimed it was checked for style, color, defects and initialed by the inspector. I emailed Snagged & Bagged explaining the problem, sending photos of the front and back of all three scarves, and asked for a mailing label to return the wrong scarf, and that the correct scarf be sent to me. S&B emailed back with a return label but no info AT ALL about sending a replacement. The scarf is still available on the website so I don’t know what the issue is. I emailed back and left a phone message requesting that the correct scarf be offered to me at the price I paid, and shipping be waived, so that I basically have my original order filled, but no response. Very poor customer service and policies. This was my third order from S & B and it will be my last. I cannot recommend this company to anyone at this time.

If I could give less stars, I would. My Mauritius - Women's Dilay Jacket ripped wide open at the pocket and customer service will not replace or refund it. I can’t believe they don’t stand behind their products. Really disappointed.

I purchased a 14k lab diamond tennis…

I purchased a 14k lab diamond tennis bracelet. It was very inexpensive, so I emailed the company as I wanted to make sure it was solid gold. The bracket must have been priced incorrectly because the next day my order was canceled. They didn't even have the courtesy to respond my email. They made a mistake and didn't follow thru with the sale. So unprofessional!

Would give 0 stars if possible! Finally received my order. The wrong size shoes were packaged and included a packing slip which said multiple times “ALL SALES FINAL.” I confirmed the size would be correct before making the purchase. Also, there was no indication of the purchase being a final sale. I chose to use this website for the Fall coupon sale. It would have saved me $20 more or less. I would have been better off buying them from a department store. Now I am stuck with shoes I am NOT able to wear and out almost $200. The website is called Snagged and Bagged. It’s more like Bait and hooked! And with no release. Customer Service is impossible to reach. The phone number is just a staticky voicemail greeting. Still waiting for an email response. Don’t use this company.
