Booked a cottage through simply seaviews who passed us on to snaptrip. Once the booking was made was horrified to see it was actually through Sykes and that the price suddenly increased by nearly £3000! What is the point? spend a week trying to cancel and get my money back.
On the plus side the snaptrip customer service was excellent and they made getting the refund so much easier - hence why 3 stars not 1. However if you don't want to book using a 3rd party do not use snaptrip

Using the filters we were able to narrow down exactly what we wanted in a holiday home without having to scroll through endless properties not suitable.

Abbiamo trascorso cinque giorni indimenticabili in questa meravigliosa casa di villeggiatura a Cefalù e non possiamo fare a meno di condividere il nostro entusiasmo! La casa è davvero spaziosa, curata nei minimi dettagli e impeccabile nella pulizia, con ampie zone interne ed esterne che ti permettono di goderti la tranquillità del luogo in ogni momento della giornata. I numerosi spazi esterni sono un vero e proprio angolo di paradiso, ci sono aree relax dove ci si può sdraiare e godere la vista mozzafiato sul mare, che ci ha lasciato senza parole. La discesa privata che porta direttamente al mare è comodissima e rende l'esperienza ancora più rilassante. Non c'è niente di più bello che svegliarsi al mattino, fare due passi e trovarsi subito al mare, a pochi passi dalla casa. La proprietaria è stata davvero disponibile, fornendoci tutte le informazioni necessarie per rendere il nostro soggiorno perfetto. Ci ha anche dato ottimi consigli sui luoghi da visitare e su dove mangiare, facendoci sentire davvero a casa. Siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti e ci sentiamo di consigliare questa villa a chiunque desideri una vacanza a Cefalù all'insegna del relax, della bellezza e del comfort. La posizione, la casa e l'ospitalità sono davvero unici. Speriamo di poterci tornare presto!

So easy to book and great choice and the best prices ever

Good search facility and easy booking but was using Snaptrip to avoid Sykes. Once booking made and deposit paid up popped a message that we had booked with Sykes! Would have expected warning of that - plus there was then a Sykes booking fee revealed as constituting part of the price.

Non complicated process, easy to use.
