I love the SnapWireless products! We have quite a few between us in the household and they get a lot of use! The support is also top class! I had a little problem with one of the units and Sera and Niko were straight into it and have arranged a replacement under warranty extremely promptly with clear communication all the way. Well done, Sera, Niko and SnapWireless! 🏆

The company was very easy and quick to deal with when I had a problem with a product. I have had lots of success with these products from the big power banks to the small units.

Customer service is commendable! I sent them a message using Facebook Messenger (Chat) and they replied and they manually placed my order for me.

I had an issue with a portable charger that I bought and the warranty team were amazing. They replied to my email on a Sunday and I received the replacement a couple days later. Fantastic customer service.

Niko from customer service saved the day. Basically the cable on my unit broke unexpectedly. I explained the situation and they verified some details and simply arranged a replacement. Their customer service is one of the reasons I have invested heavily in Snapwireless products.

I have purchased Snapwireless products before, for myself and as gifts for family, & I'm looking forward to see the new products.

Cannot fault SnapWireless

I expected it to last longer. I paid $160 in 2023 for what seemed amazing at first. Came with adapter's to charge in different countries and came with 2 types of cord and wireless charging. It's pretty decent. Its not the fastest of charging but for wireless I think it's okay. However I only got about maybe 5 uses out of it before it died 3 years later. I probably won't buy from snap again. All the features of it were great but they are not built to last sadly.

I placed an order for a Universal 2 Powerbank only to realise hours later I had ordered one with a lightning and c usb cables when I actually wanted dual c usb cables. I reached out through the exchange request online and was pleasantly surprised how quickly I was responded to. My order was quickly updated and new details emailed to me. Best customer service, fast and efficient. Highly recommend

I ordered slim PowerPack , luggage scale and aira sound 31/5. On arrival I realised I ordered wrong PowerPack . Have filled in return form twice, have tried over and over to make contact with company ( no phone number) . Filled in another return form 25/6;. Received a thank you and we will be in touch asap . Nothing !,

I bought a charger from SnapWireless and unfortunately ran into a slight issue with it. However, I reached out to their support team and they were fantastic. They investigated and solved the issue within just a few days, and a replacement charger is already on the way. Really impressed with how easy they made the whole process. Great company to deal with!

Recently I had an issue with my universal slim charger. The customer service I received via emails was great. They were answered promptly and after a couple of weeks the issue was rectified which I'm happy with. While travelling to several countries last year I found the adaptors very handy.

Great item, delivered quick. Helped me tremendously on an overseas trip (the belt clip is underrated). Had a charging issue at 12 months, warranty immediately honoured and item replaced. These dudes are on the ball.
