I had an issue with a portable charger that I bought and the warranty team were amazing. They replied to my email on a Sunday and I received the replacement a couple days later. Fantastic customer service.

Niko from customer service saved the day. Basically the cable on my unit broke unexpectedly. I explained the situation and they verified some details and simply arranged a replacement. Their customer service is one of the reasons I have invested heavily in Snapwireless products.

I expected it to last longer
I expected it to last longer. I paid $160 in 2023 for what seemed amazing at first. Came with adapter's to charge in different countries and came with 2 types of cord and wireless charging. It's pretty decent. Its not the fastest of charging but for wireless I think it's okay. However I only got about maybe 5 uses out of it before it died 3 years later. I probably won't buy from snap again. All the features of it were great but they are not built to last sadly.

Top tier support
I bought a charger from SnapWireless and unfortunately ran into a slight issue with it. However, I reached out to their support team and they were fantastic. They investigated and solved the issue within just a few days, and a replacement charger is already on the way. Really impressed with how easy they made the whole process. Great company to deal with!

Slim charger
Recently I had an issue with my universal slim charger. The customer service I received via emails was great. They were answered promptly and after a couple of weeks the issue was rectified which I'm happy with. While travelling to several countries last year I found the adaptors very handy.

Great item, delivered quick. Helped me tremendously on an overseas trip (the belt clip is underrated). Had a charging issue at 12 months, warranty immediately honoured and item replaced. These dudes are on the ball.
