I purchased one PowerPack Universal 2
I purchased one PowerPack Universal 2 - 6 in 1 Travel Power Bank 10,000mAh - Lightning + USB C / Sky Blue back in November 2025. My wife and I used it overseas in London and Ireland for about five weeks and it was certainly very handy and we used it every day. Upon our return to Australia we did have an issue with the LED display and the team at SnapWireless were keen to address the problem ASAP. After a few emails the problem was investigated and I received a replacement unit very quickly. Great customer service!

Great company to deal with. Amazing products
I’ve been a fan of Snap Wireless since my first purchase a couple of ago. I’ve bought a couple more products since then and always impressed with the quality of each one.
I recently had an issue when my last charger stopped working which has never happened before. I emailed customer service and my issue was resolved immediately. I can’t speak highly enough of the service I received. They were professional, friendly and prompt.

Snap wireless PowerPack Universal Slim
Very good product
Charges phone to 100% fairly quickly.
I was able to charge my phone at least twice before the powerbank goes flat. I have even gotten a little extra on a third charge when I was out all day and night, but not to 100% for the third charge before the powerbank went flat.
The cords are a little shorter than I was expecting, I thought they were retractable, but that’s not on this model. It’s sort of heavy to continually hold while charging, it made my thumbs cramp, so I had to put it down on the table to let it charge, but it sits neatly on top of my phone, so that works.
Overall, I’m very happy with this product

I had an issue with my charger losing…
I had an issue with my charger losing its mojo. Emailed snap and had a reply from Niko. Forwarded him a video of the issue and no problem a replacement is in the post. Very good customer service. Great work Niko.

The service was amazing as I stuffed up…
The service was amazing as I stuffed up and didn’t pick my order up from the post office so it was sent back to the warehouse . Out of good will they sent me the items for free the second time.
I am Very happy with the service and I would highly recommend these guys .

Outstanding Customer Service Beyond the Warranty Period
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I originally purchased the Snap PowerPack for overseas travel, and it was an excellent product. It was reliable, convenient, and performed exactly as I needed while travelling.
Recently I experienced an issue with the unit becoming extremely hot and developing damage to the casing. I contacted Snap Support and was fortunate to deal with Niko, who was professional, responsive, and genuinely listened to my concerns.
What impressed me most was that although the product was outside its warranty period, my concerns were taken seriously and a replacement was offered. That level of customer service is becoming increasingly rare.
Thank you to Niko and the Snap team for standing behind your products and providing such outstanding customer support. Based on both the product itself and the service I received, I would happily recommend Snap to others.

The PowerBase 4 is an absolutely amazing product! The fact that I can charge 4 devices at the same time without the mess of cables is truly a life saver n just way too convenient . I also love the retractable cord feature and the compact foldable design. Travel Must Have
This has all the functions one needs for travel. Not having to worry about cables, not having to worry about having the right adapter, not having to worry about bringing a separate wall charger. If you travel often, this is definitely something to have!

NOT INTERNATIONAL / WILL BE TAKEN AT SECURITY
Absolute manipulation. They advertise themselves as fully international yet they DO NOT have CCC verification so if you bring your power banks to China they WILL BE THROWN OUT. I understand companies need to make money but it’s so disgusting that they don’t give a crap about their customers enough to at least have a warning before purchase stating that they are in fact NOT FULLY INTERNATIONAL. I will never buy from such a dishonest company again. You should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves.

We're sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it must have been to have your power bank confiscated during your trip.
To clarify — the PowerPack Universal 2 meets international airline carry-on regulations and holds internationally recognised safety certifications. However, Chinese authorities have been enforcing additional local CCC certification requirements more strictly, including for transit passengers, which has resulted in non-CCC certified power banks being confiscated regardless of their international compliance.
CCC certification is something we're actively pursuing. It's a lengthy process, and periodic requirement changes mean recertification is needed each time, which adds to the complexity. In the meantime, we'd recommend leaving your PowerPack at home when travelling to mainland China, and we've previously published guidance on this in our help centre and FAQs on the product pages.

Powerpack does not hold its on charge well
PowerPack Universal 2 I bought this to travel overseas with, but when I gave it a test run at home with my iphone the powerpack itself dropped from 100% to 75% within 5 minutes of usage. The powerpack does not hold power very well. I am really disappointed as it is a pricy item.

"Travel" charger not approved for flights.
"Travel" charger is not approved for carry-on despite the product page claiming that it is. I had the charger taken off me by airport security and binned when travelling. Reached out to Snapwireless support to tell them their mistake and I just got a nice 15% discount off my next charger. Website not updated and still claims approved for carry-on.

The PowerPack Nano keyring chargers are definitely underrated for quick top-ups while out and about without needing to carry a larger power bank around all day.
