Bullshit, they send bullshit, newer buy anything. They dont’t give return adrress, i hope that klarna no paid anything for they, becous i wont pay anythin this shit camera 🖕

They are absolute scammers. The camera is incomplete — no 4K, no Bluetooth, none of the features they advertise on the website. Support is nonexistent.

after waiting for 10+ days for the order to ship i opened the package & it was not the same product like advertised. it look like a ripoff from Temu ( it comes from china btw). There was no lancard or SD card in the package like advertised and the product did not look like the website.
After contacting the service center i got an 25% discount and could hold on to the product but i did not accept it, after they tried to laugh all my complaints away they offered me 40% off.
Now i'm waiting for a return adress so i could retour this (at own cost btw) because i do not want them to have anything of my money! 1 payed by klarna & hope to get it back before the payment deadline.

Don't be fooled by this scam company please, its not worth it!

Just recieved the camera 3 weeks after purchasing it.

The magnetic keychain is missing, and aftet reading the previous reviews it doesn’t even seem to make sense to try and get in contact with snowmotion.
I tried to record at home, funny colors. Probably can’t try it for ot’s purpose, since the magnetic part is missing..

I bought an action camera. I received it after a month instead of the 5-day shipping they promised. The product was incomplete, missing the magnetic mount. After complaining, I received a partial refund (25%) so I could buy it myself. Then, I had the chance to try the camera on the slopes. The video quality was horrible; the trees looked vibrant green and the snow looked blue. I complained to them, asking for a solution or a refund. It has been two months, three emails, and a message on their website, and I haven't received an answer or any help. I sincerely do not recommend buying anything from them, as the quality is not what I expected and the customer service is non-existent.

I bought a peak Motion Pro, that had a white label and did not correspond physically and technically to the câmara I shown in the site. No Wi-Fi or BT available and the acessories we re not complete, missing the main one the magnetic holder. When I asked for support, had no answer, when I requested ti change this product for the peak Vision Pro, customer support answered immediately. They trying to trick me, until I said I just wanted to return the product. Then costumer support did not answer no more.

Bestilte et PeakMotion Pro camera. Modtog et camera som ikke svarer til det bestilte camera. Ingen respons fra Snowmonts på mail eller hjemmeside.
