I used snowplushies.com It's bad very bad. The plushie that I got is stitch, and they show in the video, that it's cute soft and it's about the size of a one year old. But NO NO NO the one I got is the size of a puppy new born. And I'm pissed. You can't call them or contact them in any way shape or form to delicate. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER!!

SCAM!!!! First of all I wanted to buy a Stitch weighted plush in middle of March. I thought It was cute and all. I added it to my cart, filled up the informations and when I pressed "Review order" it was already confirmed and no possibility to review or cancell the order. I received my plush but Stitch isn't weighted. Also since my "forced " purchase because I couldn't review it before paying, 5 unauthorized transaction of 40$ or more as been attempted on website that I don't even know, and I know it's that website that stole my card, because I didn't buy anything else the rest of the month after buying on snowplushies.com. I changed my card since but they still try to use my old card to make 50$ purchases or more on website that I don't know. So don't buy on that website. If you want the Stitch plush I saw it 3 weeks after I bought it on that website at Miniso.

Well I didnt even want to place the order to start with, I was wanting to see shipping charges and totals before actually ordering. After filling out the form and clicking the 'review order' button im receiving an email saying order confirmation. Immediately started to find a way to contact the contact and many emails sent requesting cancelation to be told its already left the facility and shipped which is bs!! I was offered a $7 refund and still asking for a full refund with no end in sight. If I could give zero stars like others I would and this so called plushie isn't set to arrive till may!! Don't order from here, dont fill in your info and click review...stay clear of this website all together

They just tried to charge my card $54.95!!! Uuummm I dont be thinking so!!! First of all you already got your money for the item I didnt even want in the first place and now your going to try and charge me more money for what, a subscription...subscription to what...no thank you!!!

I ordered 3 Stitch plushies wearing hoodies and paid for them (Order #1). Then, I was presented with an offer to obtain another Stitch plushie added to my order/shipment for just £4.95 ish, if selected immediately. So I selected it and chose the Stitch wearing dungarees.
It turned out it was not "Added to my Order" but put through as a separately and was then charged another £15 for delivery. ("Order #2").
When they arrived, all 4 arrived in 1 singular package. Not 2 separate packages that I was charged for.
Even after all this, the plushies are smaller than advertised, heads are slightly deformed and more importantly they are not even weighted, which was the only reason I bought them in the first place, for children in my family with autism.

Do not buy if you want weighted plushies!!!

Yesterday requested to be reimbursed for the £15 shipping fee, which I shouldn't have been charged for in the first place from "Order #2". I'm pleased to report that i actually received this refund today (03/04/2026).

I purchased Stitch cozy plushies from Snow Plushies. After placing the order, I reviewed their agreement and saw that customers are automatically enrolled in a monthly membership unless canceled within 14 days.
I immediately sent an email the same day requesting cancellation of the membership and clearly stated they did not have authorization to bill my credit card for any recurring charges. I also went to their website and submitted a cancellation request. I requested written confirmation.
Over the next week, I followed up multiple times. Instead of confirming cancellation, they sent emails asking for additional information to cancel, delaying the process.
Despite my written cancellation requests well within the 14-day period, they charged my credit card anyway and labeled it as a recurring membership charge.
I never received confirmation of cancellation before they billed my card.
Consumers should be very careful when purchasing from this company due to the automatic membership enrollment and difficulty canceling. Always read the fine print and monitor your bank statements closely.

Wow! Snowplushies.com were dangerous scammers after it ordered for stitch plushie. But it s stolen my bank account after it delivered and they took it my bill twice for no reason as too much cost it around $55 CDN today and I already reported to my bank online for suspending and new account card only then I already email to snowplushies customer for refund it but it s doesn’t answer me back yet few days as late?!?!

I learn lesson about this business scam with plushies toy! Don’t buy from Social Media business as scam! 🙏🏼

While stuffies are cute, they are definitely not weighted or as big as I thought. I ordered the cows and leopards for Christmas gifts so I am highly disappointed. The cows have a zippered area to add weight but did not come with any. I outreached to the company twice to inquire about them not being weighted and did not receive a single response. I would not recommend purchasing from this site

Stay away run away do not purchase from them.
My order was $19.90 shipping was 4.95 , total was 24.85. that's was the break down before selecting pay now. A second page popped up offering 50% off an additional item at $4.95. so what happened next they added the additional item as a new transaction. I notice on the first transaction the shipping went up to $14.74 and I was also charged $14.74 for the second transaction. I tried to cancel and I could not reach them I submitted two tickets that they say they respond too quickly and I haven't heard nothing. Then the day comes the item arrives and their package together. I've been trying to get a hold of them since.

Honestly, if I could give zero stars I would because I got these for family members after losing my son. Then to get theses and none of them are weighted, there's a zipper in it with nothing in it. Whats the point of the zipper? Trying to get ahold of someone is ridiculous. I emailed them to cancel the membership but they still charged me. And they still havent got back to me about the weighted plushies or the membership charge that was unauthorized. Now I had to cancel my debit card because they are going to keep charging me this monthly membership fee each month. They need to be reported to the better business bureau because they are providing false information and they said I couldn't get a refund because its in the description thats funny if it says it is weighted plushies then it should be weight. I didnt buy them because I wanted a stuff animal. I bought them because they said they are "perfect for sleep and relaxation. If I wanted a stuff animal I would have just went to Walmart. Then it say right on the website: "Easy Returns & Exchanges" lies again. "What Won't Be Replaced: (Will NOT be replaced): You ordered a weighted plushie and believe it isn’t weighted. We provide detailed product information to help you make an informed purchase, so if the item matches the description, we cannot process a replacement." If the place where the weighted stuff is supposed to go into the stuff animal is empty. That would make this just a stuff animal thats not weighted. This is so aggregating what happened to honesty people and companies. Then people wonder why this world is going to s***.

So many things first, they asked me if I wanted to add another plushie to my order at a discount. They didn't add it to my order. They created a whole nother order.
Charge me shipping and handling for both orders.When finally received, they had stuck them in the same box So what was the point
Second, it said it was gonna charge me approximately $5 in shipping. In the end, it charged me $15. In shipping?
For them to stick both stuffies in the same box.
I reach out to them no. Response, I reach out to my bank and show them where I was quoted $5. But then got overcharged and the double charge. And my bank rectified, it immediately a few days after that they finally contacted me back
And even made a note that I had already been fully refunded was absolutely shocked when a week later, I received an email. Saying my box had been delivered. i did end up receiving both plushies, but they were not weighted like they said they were. And it was obvious the clothes on the plusy'
Were kind of thrown together with hot glued on Buttons and ill-fitting.

The product advertised appeared to be much bigger than it actually is and was not weighted although they claimed it was. I was shocked when I opened a tiny little cow.
I emailed 23 December 2025 wanting to return this and get a refund, however, they have been giving me the run around.
Do not order from this company. It is a scam.

Most dishonest company ever. Ask to add on then charge a separate shipping fee I will be taking this to my bank to show the dishonesty of this company send an email they don’t respond are you kidding me Beware

Incredibly bad customer service. I am disabled and bought this plushie thinking I'd be doing something nice for me and them considering they're a small business. I check my card to see a 10$ upcharge!!! I contact them about it, it takes them days to respond and when they finally do they tell me basically that "sometimes we just switch carriers and you get no warning and it may cost more" are you serious!? Obviously I'm upset and inform them I'm disabled and hardly have disposable income and they offer to do a 50% refund. I reluctantly agree because.. what the hell? why is it 50% when I was given no actual warning but okay.. as soon as I agreed they stopped responding. Do not buy from here! Its an advertisement on tiktok do not trust it!
