This company is truly a scam how it's not taken down yet is ridiculous I ordered to breathing stitch dolls on the 20th of December still have not gotten I'm going to claim to have had a wrong address you gave them email to change it give them multiple chances to fix it you still have not even got my money back which is all I want I'm so tired of scam ass websites

I got the outter it takes 3 batteries one slot didnt have a spring so the battery just moved around it couldn't make connection even if it had a spring hold in place 2 slots didnt have the lil metal piece for the batteries to make connection. You can't get a response from them so disappointed after waiting over a month to get it.

Would give it 0 stars never got either of my 2 orders tried to reach out multiple times with no response

I ordered 4 breathing soft animals two of them don’t work they won’t answer me or respond!! I can’t remember how I paid for them the mail I had has disappeared
I want a refund for the garbage ones that don’t work disappointing my grandchildren!!!!!

Still wish I could give 0 stars. They were generous enough to send a replacement which also doesn't work. They are pointedly ignoring my requests for a refund. No response at all. Definitely scammers. Now I have to change all my passwords and accounts. Don't be dumb like me and fall for this scam.

Also ordered Dancing Cactus on or around 3 November... Tried to track the item only to have 'not yet despatched'!! When trying to obtain contact information to enquire further.... was met with 'this page can't be reached'.... This was to be a Christmas gift... NOT HAPPY!! Can't believe I fell for one of these adverts 'again'!! lesson learned I guess.... :(

Ik wil melden dat mijn bestelling niet correct is verlopen. De prijs werd aangegeven als €9, maar er is €50 van mijn bankrekening afgeschreven. Dit is misleidend en ze zijn oplichterij. Niet kopen! Niet bestellen!

Long story short..

Not happy at all with this company. My son thought stitch was scary, so tried to return and get a refund. No returns are accepted and I would get $3 refund which is 30%... What kind of company does that... On top of, trying to pay this amount through my PayPal account. Also took Months to hear back about this issue. SCAM!

Scam site…do not buy from them. They charge you an arm and a leg for shipping which is not what they advertise. Now we are waiting to see if they will keep charging us after the fact.

These are not made well at all, cheap the music is too loud and no way to adjust it. They are not child safe and complete junk

*SCAM SITE* Tried to look up reviews (evidently didn't look far enough) thought it looked fine & tried to buy the stitch doll. Kept getting different "declined" type messages which I thought was a bit odd tried using a different card despite them both having enough money then got a message from my bank saying they put a temporary block on my card because of a random merchant trying to take funds for more than the cost of the item.

They tried again while I was on the phone with the bank but from a different site. I've since had to cancel 2 cards

They scammed me is sad and now I was waiting for the stitch plush I wanted never got it :(

Ordered Dancing Cactus for $9.95 +$4.95 shipping. They charged $14.73 in shipping and it was in US Dollars. Total rip off and scam.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.
Instagram should not promote them.

These people are a scam. They automatic enroll you into a vip that will come out of your account every month and you’ll end up paying more when you check out for shipping. And then you can’t reach out to them. Leave these people alone

The insoles were labeled as the size I ordered but they were child sized; tiny; absolutely not made to the correct size. The company didn’t respond to my request to return. Zero stars if I could.

I made a purchase from the website TrySoftr.com for a Koala Plushie advertised at USD $9.95, with an additional $4.50 shipping fee, making the total expected cost $14.45 USD.
However, I was charged $24 USD instead.

Upon further investigation, I found numerous customer reviews reporting identical issues. Unexpected overcharges, hidden fees and even unauthorised subscription charges. When I looked through the TrySoftr.com information pages, they refused to provide a refund or cancellation, citing a clause on their website stating: “We cannot cancel, refund, or return an order once it’s been paid for and assigned an order number.”

This clause effectively denies all refund rights, which is in direct violation of international consumer protection standards.

First of all, misleading pricing practices

The final amount charged ($24) was not displayed or disclosed on the checkout page.
This constitutes false or misleading representation of price, which violates:

Australian Consumer Law (ACL) s18 & s29. misleading conduct and false representation of price,

U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Act, Section 5- unfair or deceptive acts in commerce;

Standard terms that exclude or restrict consumer rights, increase consumer obligations, or limit business liability are invalid.
The “no cancellation or refund under any circumstance” policy is illegal in China, because it unfairly strips away our basic right to return.

Unauthorised Subscriptions

Many customers (as seen in the reviews) were allegedly signed up for recurring or subscription charges without explicit, informed consent.
This breaches:

《消费者权益保护法》 (Xiaofeizhe Quanyi Baohu Fa), FTC Negative Option Rule (16 CFR Part 310), ACCC guidelines; “Unsolicited Sales and Subscriptions.”

And I must also bring up the illegal ‘No Refund / No Cancellation’ Policy

Their posted policy stating that refunds or cancellations are never possible after payment is unlawful because it removes a consumer’s right to remedy, even in cases of error or deception.

Under ACL (s259) and EU Directive Article 14, consumers are entitled to refunds or dispute resolution when goods/services are misrepresented.

Such terms are unfair contract terms under ACL s23–28 and similar global laws.

I respectfully request:

A full refund of the $24 USD charged to my account;

An investigation into TrySoftr.com’s pricing and billing practices;

A review of the cancellation and refund policy for compliance with consumer protection laws;

Reversal of any active subscription or recurring billing that may have been set up without consent.

Additionally, evidence of my claims have been sent in my previous ticket.

This compnay failed to deliver and has refused to refund me. Do not purchase from them!!!!

This so-called “company” is nothing more than a fraudulent operation trading under multiple different names. The name that shows up on your bank statement will likely be completely different from the one you thought you purchased from — a deliberate trick to cover their tracks.

They happily take your money, then when you try to get a refund, the lies begin. They’ll claim a refund was issued, then wash their hands of responsibility if it doesn’t show up in your account. In my case, I had to cancel my bank card to stop them from taking more hidden charges, and when I questioned them, they insisted refunds automatically redirect to the bank account linked to the card. Conveniently, they then backtracked, saying there was an “issue processing” my refund and told me to wait 24–48 hours for an update. Weeks later, I’m still waiting — and now they’ve stopped responding to emails altogether.

This is not just bad service — it’s deliberate theft. They string you along with copy-and-paste excuses until you give up, while keeping your hard-earned money.

⚠️ Trysoftr are professional scammers who prey on innocent people. They trade under fake names, lie about refunds, and make it impossible to hold them accountable. Report them to your bank, your local consumer protection authority, and spread the word so fewer people fall victim.

👉 Do not buy anything from Trysoftr or any of their shady “partner” sites. They are criminals, plain and simple.

Item was to cost $15 and they charged my credit card over $50
Then it is difficult to contact them

So I saw their advert on Instagram for dancing Cactus 🌵. I had to buy it for my little girl. It was advertised for $9.96, delivery was shown to be $4.46. When I checked out, I got debited for over $24 dollars. When I reached out, they said it was for shipping, and they don’t issue refund once you paid. Never ever heard of that in my life. Couple of days later, even before the item arrived, they attempted to debit my card for $40 again. Like how? Thankfully, I already blocked payment to them right after the purchase. The item came in bad as the dancing cactus wasn’t really. Felt bad for my little girl. But please, avoid like a plague. I blame Instagram for promoting this scam. Raising a dispute with them.
