Hi James Thanks for taking time to review us. Carriage is FREE for orders over £50, except for the Highlands & Islands of the UK, where there is an additional charge. This is unfortunately the case for the vast majority of businesses shipping to those areas, purely because the delivery companies charge more for that service. Although we wish we did, sadly we have no options available to prevent this.

DHL?
Ordering process simple, but DHL tracking NEVER works.
This means that ordering from the website is easy, but tracking the delivery is impossible because the DHL "tracker" doesn't work.

Hi Geoff. We are requesting more details so that we can find your account. It could be that the e.mail or mobile number has a wrong digit? This could explain poor communication from DHL. I'm pretty sure we can sort it out for you.
