The quilted bag that I ordered when received was nothing like the picture on their website, cheap and tacky.
The 30 day refund is a joke,I did get a 30% refund of the original order value and could keep the bag,but that's not the point,the bag was bought as a birthday gift.
So disappointed and should have read the reviews before I placed my order, lesson learned.

I have been waiting nearly 3 weeks for a bag I ordered to be delivered. I was told it had been dispatched. It hadn't. I tried to cancel the order as I bought this as a birthday present, and the birthday had been and gone. They then claimed, again, that it was being dispatched. The items come from China, which they repeatedly refused to disclose to me until I eventually got a tracking link. They have failed to answer my questions, and just sent generic emails. From other reviews I expect a poor quality, mass produced item. Not what their website says at all. Avoid. They are not an honest, reputable company.

If only I'd read the reviews before purchasing this piece of nylon unquilted rubbish.
One star is too much - wouldn't of given that but had to in order to write a review.
Avoid like the plague.
Emailed asking for refund over a week ago and haven't even the decency to contact me back.

Please don't buy from these. Unlike me, as I normally read reviews before buying,i bought 2 items. They advertise as being a UK company with product being handmade. They are not and the product is nothing like advertised,its so poor quality and when you try to to return items you are forced to return them to China,after they offer you store credit (which you wont use) or 30% refund. I was not standing for this & mailed them telling them unless they fully refunded me within 48 hours I would report them for breaching UK Trading Standards amongst other things. I have since received a full refund from them. I have also reported them to my banks fraud department and Trading Standards. Lesson learnt. Buyers beware.

Avoid at all costs ! Item is absolutely cr*p! The company is rubbish. The only positive is the communication but when I said why you messaging at 4.25 am they started replying almost immediately and telling me to be patient and my order is on the way and its the delivery company at fault!
I CANNOT EXPRESS THIS ENOUGH ... DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! IF YOU DO I GUARANTEE YOU 100% YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED! EVERYONE ELSE ON HERE COMMENTING IS TELLING THE TRUTH. THE BAGS ARE CHEAP AND RUBBISH AND NOT EVEN WORTH £5 LET ALONE THE £29.95 I STUPIDLY PAID FOR TWO AND STILL WAITING FOR ONE BAG OR A REFUND !!!!

Massive scam showing AI pictures. My mum ordered a bag that was obviously a scam for cheap tat available on temu. I requested a refund and was offered a refund if I sent the item back to China even though its advised as a UK company making handmade items. Just requested a charge back via my bank as its a scam. Dont waste your money, just get a charge back for AI china scam.

Products are not as described on the website, inferior quality and missing zips and internal pockets. They are clearly not HAND finished, obviously machine embroidery of low quality.

Rubbish arrived today . Supposed to be handmade.
I ordered one and ended up paying for two. Emailed them within 5min they said to late had been processed and to get intouch to find out how to send back.
Not wasting any more money

Absolutely rubbish nothing like the picture on website. Looks like off temu . Arrived after long time. The website looks like England but really China what a rip off

The bags I received bear no resemblance to those advertised.They are not quilted at all. The design has been printed onto thick canvas. Cheap plastic lining. Producer not keen to give me a refund. Not surprised at all that I have been asked to post them to an address in China.

Rubbish. I checked - they purport to be a uk company. So I thought ok. Like others I should have checked reviews.
At payment page this screen repeated twice : after I thought I'd already paid. Now 3 items erroneously on order.
Emailed them to cancel within 10mins, only to be advised - unable to do this..wait until delivery, then return for full refund, which does not mention up front return at your own cost..or that the address is in China.
Quality is as everyone states, utter rubbish.
I feel the automated ordering, billing procedure, without giving total to pay details (which I could have amended) is scamming customers.
My bank suggested I return the parcel, and if refund not received within 15 working days, the fraud dept will process dispute.
Postal cost..£13.50. Worth it to retrieve over £80. Still waiting.
I'm not optimistic...
AVOID this dishonest SNUGNEST UK??company at all costs.

The website shows a craft shop and pretty lady, must be fictional, as customer service is zero and apparently the goods are rubbish. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Absolute rubbish, does not look like the picture on their website. Leave this company alone.

I wish that I had researched this Company and read the reviews on this bag before ordering it.I would not have bought it.It was described as quilted and instead is a smooth material and definitely not worth £29.99.

The bag arrived after 17 days. On arrival I noted that it is not as described, it does not have a zip closure or pockets and does not look like the photo on the website which appears to be quilted. In my opinion it's a poorly constructed bag not worth the £29.95 I paid.

Do not buy. The website does not reflect the cheap tatt that you will receive. I shall attempt their returns process but don't hold out much hope. These were to be gift so I am really disappointed. Why I didn't check Trustpilot first like I usually do I don't know. Lesson learned.

My 2nd review as the 2nd bag I ordered came today. Paid £30 each for the 2 bags. Nothing like on snuggest website shabby material not fit for purpose as badly made. No zips or pockets as advertised. I asked for a returns label but returns address is China and customer has to pay. I also feel this is a scam if you return the bags. In my opinion it’s unlikely a refund would be forthcoming. I bought these as birthday presents total waste of money if I said they are like something you could pick up on a market. That would be an insult to the market. Please do not waste your money. Lesson learned

Delivery was 3 weeks and that was after sending email complaint.
Actually ended up sending 2nd email and asking for refund. I was told order would arrive. No offer of refund.
Product looks OK but not quite what I expected.

Ad states that it's a stand up alone bag Has a zip and pocket In the pictures of the bags (One of which has not even arrived )The quilting detail looks really nice Good stitches Looks really good quality What I received is a floppy bag that doesn't stand on its own Like a wet flannel I picked the pretty design of flowers and humming bird On the ad design you can't really see the stitches The stitching contrasts with the bag What I got was white computerised stitching Looks awful What a total waste of money These were to be presents How they can justify the original price I don't know Please don't waste your money Cheap Chinese tack or crap as I call the product I'm sure when I dump it at the charity shop Someone might like it They look really sturdy bags in the pictures of ladies holding them And if you look at the ladies in the pictured reviews The same lady's holding a bag but they've given her a different name
