I cannot praise Snug Interiors enough! I’ve never dealt with such kind and helpful staff. I bought a bed and the mattress was really not comfortable as I have many health issues. They went out of their way to get Hypnos to do an exchange despite the fact I was not entitled to one! I then ordered another base but changed my mind!!! They kindly cancelled it. Now bought another with them.
Nothing is too much trouble. All so knowledgeable and they really want to please their customers. I have to say it’s the best service I’ve ever experienced! On top of this their prices are cheaper than anywhere else.
I spoke with Meg, Clare and Grace on quite a few occasions. All were kind, understanding and incredibly helpful. I can recommend them highly. Brilliant service by wonderful friendly ladies.

I bought a wonderful mattress (visprung) from here last year. I found the staff to be helpful, kind and hugely likeable. Nothing was too much trouble and I received a further discount be calling them directly. I would buy from them as a preference and strongly recommend them. Kind regards Kirstie Tribe

Having undertaken some prior research we visited Snuginteriors and spoke with Meg.
She gave good advice and counsel and we tried numerous beds within the store settling on a Hypnos Origins 10 firm mattress and divan base with headboard.
The prices quoted were very competitive and the follow up service excellent.
The bed was delivered within a few weeks as they are made to order and we are so pleased with the comfort and quality of sleep.
We will return should we need further bedding etc and recommend this company without hesitation.

I realised two days before moving house that I hadn't organised a mattress underlay for my new bed. Snug Interiors had exactly what I was looking for in stock and despatched it for next day delivery. Communication was excellent - very clear - and they even included a lovely handwritten note in the parcel. Highly recommend.

After a stressful 24hrs being let down by what we thought were a reputable national company and on the hunt for a solution that didn’t involve sleeping on the floor we came across Snug Interiors. We spoke to Meg on the phone and she was so sweet and extremely helpful. Whilst no solution short of a miracle will help us immediately she was so kind, sweet and helpful. The superb customer service and kindness on the phone convinced me that snug was a business that I wanted to place my order with. My total order is hugely less than I would have paid from the awful high street brand I’ll never purchase from again. HIGHLY recommend snug so far and can’t wait to receive my good nights sleep! Exceptional products and service. We have always had perfect service from snug interiors and their beds are excellent. It's a shame to see 2 unfair negative reviews (including one for a different company entirely in the US!!) dragging down their score - this really doesn’t paint a fair picture from our experience. We have used Snug Interiors on several occasions even with the supply and delivery of a bed to France.
Our latest order was for an Ottoman bed and Hypnos mattress which are both superb.
Every time the service, advice and quality of products
whether it be a bed, duvet or linen has been simply perfect.
Shona, Charlotte and their team have a true in depth knowledge of their products which is vitally important when choosing something as important as a bed and mattress.

After having such a great experience at Snug Interiors when I bought my bed I went back to them when I needed pillows. I purchased the Breathe pillows from the Fine Bedding Company. They are by far the best pillows I have ever owned. Super happy and will be back to Snug Interiors when I need anything else.

After a month of no updates and several emails where I received zero responses, my order was delivered to an address in Saginaw Michigan. I live in Charlotte NC. I entered my home address as the shipping address. No clue how and why my order ended up in Michigan. I sent an email about this and still no response. I rated a one star because I couldn’t leave a zero star rating.

We Purchased a Hypnos Origins 10 mattress 6 months ago from Snug Interiors. It has dipped considerably in this time and is giving little support. We have turned and rotated the mattress as suggested. It is described as a firmer mattress but in reality is very soft. An Independent technician did come out and check the mattress and to our total amazement he passed it as okay and firm. (It is 100% not a firm mattress in our opinion)
After multiple discussions and emails with Snug Interiors explaining to them that in their website description, there was no mention of this mattress being in anyway soft or a mattress that you sink into when lying on it.
They have totally denied any responsibility for the misleading description of this mattress. The cost of the mattress was in excess of £1500 and does not provide the support level as firmer as described.
They have however indicated they would be prepared to offer a discount if we wished to purchase another mattress from them, which we find very insulting and dismissive.
We feel that we have been totally mislead and the Company failed to take any responsibility for the failings of their website.
This Company remarked to us in their email “from your comments we will look into how our website can be improved to better advise the feel in comfort”. They then claim no responsibility for selling us a mattress that does not match their website description!!!!
As a regular internet purchaser, we wholly trust and rely on a providers description of an item, which in this case we feel have been totally let down.

I wanted to leave a review as we had a great experience with Snug Interiors who we recently purchased a bed and mattress from.

The customer service we received from the team was superb, with them providing advice for what mattress they thought would suit us based on our needs, answering our (multiple) questions promptly and keeping us updated on delivery throughout. Their knowledge on beds/mattresses is second to none and the service felt very personal.

The bed and mattress arrived a few weeks ago and I can happily say that this is the most comfortable bed we've ever had.

I strongly recommend Snug Interiors for anyone wanting a great experience and product.

We bought our second bed from Snug Interiors recently and as always it was a seamless experience.

They really guided us through the process of choosing the right bed for us and the room. Buying a bed can be an overwhelming experience, given the array of options on the market, but with their wealth of knowledge and patient staff they make the buying experience a pleasure. The bed is also delivered, taken up to the room and put together, which makes a huge difference.

After contacting Snug-Interiors as to issues with my mattress I feel I was asked a number of questions that I think were inappropriate. It appears to me that the company are doing or saying anything they can to avoid their responsibilities.

I had a fantastic experience with snug interiors, the friendly and knowledgable sales team were wonderful to deal with. The delivery was prompt and efficient.
And the bed and mattress themselves are lovely and so comfortable. I would definitely highly recommend!

This was our second purchase from the Snug interiors team and again they were so helpful and knowledgeable in helping us choose exactly the right mattress for our home. Delivery was seamless and everything was assembled there and then for us in our spare bedroom. Since we've had the mattress, our guests have all said it feels like hotel luxury!

Ordered a divan and was kept up to date with delivery all the way, then arrived with a lovely couple of guys who put it together for us. However, when it arrived there was a tear in the base fabric. I took photos and sent them to Snug Interiors with an email, I got an immediate phone call back saying they were dealing with the problem and would get back to me. The solution was a repair by an experienced upholsterer who would fit a new cloth on the bottom. All arranged for a time that suited me and the guy came and did the repair as expected. Absolutely excellent service all the way through, I have no hesitation in recommending the helpful, friendly customer focused company.
