My no nicotine chew from SnusCentral got caught in customs for a month and a half. I reached out to them twice. They ignored my emails. Their FAQ essentially says they will ignore this problem. It's my understanding the package simply needed an ingredient's declaration which I guess is too much to ask of SnusCentral.

I contacted another company, Pouchdaddy and they said they 100% support and back up their customers if a shipment gets stuck in customs. I advise going to them. The price was also $50 less.

Snus Central literally could care less and will not even give you your money back if they get their products back from your shipment. This is the first review I've ever written since the internet came about. That's how much they ticked me off.

Jag beställde 30 doser snus för 570.kr via googlepay cocobeauty tog emot pengarna men inget snus kom.

Fake webb page and company

Snus central has great customer service. I recently bought the velò ice cool or peppermint whatever you wanna call it, and I told them 10 cans, had snus that was completely flat without any nicotine. Without making a big deal of it they instantly sent me the 10 cans along with an extra 2 as a kind gesture. It was my first time ordering from them and I will be back considering how well they handle issues like that.

I haven't used the company in a while, but the times that I tried to order from them, which I changed over to nicotine pouches instead of tobacco based products, most of the time they are completely out of what I enjoy. Not just once, not twice, not three times, but almost every time I try to order. XQS, either Blueberry Mint or Soft Toffee they are completely out of. I switched to another company and the stuff I enjoy, they always have in stock. Snus Central is definitely not a place to order from, unless you enjoy seeing your favorite product constantly out of stock.

This company, as much as much as I hate to use the word, is a SCAM. I placed a $400 and order that was seized by customs due to their lack of following proper guidlines and they refuse to make good on the order. So, I paid $400, received nothing in return, and had to dispute the credit card company. There are a lot of reputable places to purchase snus, but this is not one of them.

Purchased from this website multiple times without any issue and very fast timing on their delivery. Great customer service.
