Please do not buy from this company, SoccerPro. I made the mistake of ordering from them because it was cheaper than Nike and/or other stores. The soccer cleats did not fit my son, and now I cannot find a way to return them, these people never answer the phone and there are no clear trustworthy instructions on how to return them.

if I could give zero stars I would
i ordered a shirt in January, they were CLOSED for almost a month , seriously, no kidding!
if it wasn't that my grandson wanted this top I would never have ordered under these circumstances
I have an email from the company dated 18th Jan which has a link that said for
jerseys they usually take 3 days. when I contacted them.today 19th Feb A MONTH LATER asking when I might get the shirt they very cheekily said delivery takes from 5 to 21 days!
THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE,
ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE,
AVOID AT ALL COSTS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

The customer service is atrocious. I have called, left messages, sent emails. No one answers calls, return messages, or answers emails. I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere. I am starting to question whether or not they are a legitimate company. I ordered a pair of cleats for my son that were too small. I just wanted assistance with an exchange. Because of literally no customer service, I ordered another pair, and returned the others. I am beginning to think that I am not going to be reimbursed for the first pair I bought.

I placed an order and paid $30 for it to get to me in 1-2 days. It’s been 10 days and no update on order and what I ordered has not arrived. I’ve called over and over and left messages. No one has returned my call.

Ordered 2 separate authentic Manchester United jersey orders with name and number. They use authentic numbering on both the kits and I got both orders with no issues.

Ordered a few jerseys and didn’t get an email right away on confirmation so I emailed them. Got the email a few mins later but woke up to an email saying it would be shipped that day too. Super friendly and awesome that they got back to me so quick. Will definitely order from again

BAD QUALITY CLEATS. WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DONT CARE LOSING CLIENTS, THEY PREFER MONEY THAN GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I ordered my son new cleats from SoccerPro on Saturday, they were shipped on Monday with tracking immediately provided and arrived on Wednesday. Such an easy process and the cleats are exactly what we wanted. I read lots of reviews that made me question buying from them but decided to go for it because the price couldn't be beat, SO GLAD I DID.

I order some soccer cleats and received them within 5 days I was skeptical because of some reviews but my experience was great they had exactly what I wanted and was the best price online and delivery time was great

The reason i have went with a 3 star is as i write this i dont no yet how my order is going to go......i am giving them 3 stars because they are the only website i could find that had want i wanted it all went wrong at shipping details!!!! First of all it did not offer Ireland as a destination, in another area i was able to find Ireland but when i entered my postcode and pressed confirm it showed my postcode as something completely different!!! In my desperation i went ahead but immediately contacted customer service with my order number and whole correct address, i am just keeping my fingers crossed it works and i get my order in time for xmas 🙏
I will happily update this experience once i receive contact from customer service.

Let me start by saying, I think this site is great. I didn’t read any reviews before I placed my order and once I saw them I got really nervous. My internet froze up while I was placing my order so I couldn’t get the confirmation number right away and the payment had gone through. I reached out to them by email and they responded fairly quick. They provided me with my confirmation number and updated me on my order through the entire process until it shipped. The two jerseys I received were brand new and for those who are curious about the legitimacy of the jerseys, they’re real. Not sure how this site was before as it’s the first order I’ve placed with them but I had no issues and will definitely be ordering again.

Item took some time to arrive. My son finally got it, I washed it per the directions ONE time and the number is peeling off the back of the jersey. I will update review if a replacement item is issued.

Item didn’t arrive after two months of waiting, calling, emailing. Met with stone cold silence.

This website is just completely horrible and unprofessional and I couldn’t wait to write a horrible review on them because I have not heard ones from any staff in regards to my order! These guys are fraud and I am going to dispute my merchandise from you guys! I have never had the most unpleasant experience with a vendor! I want my money back now! I have it documented all my emails that I have sent to you. I have even recorded the phone number you have listed as you can’t even leave a message. I can’t believe you would steal from people over the holidays. You guys are crooks.

Place order 3 weeks ago - got a confirm that the order was placed. Then no email follow up to notify order was shipped.

Have called dozens of times - no answer.

Have sent 5 emails - no answer.

All these 1 star reviews are on point. They don’t respond to emails, No updates on order from their side for weeks, call them and it goes to voicemail but it’s full!?! Do not waste your money and time

NEW INFO: Package arrived. Never was able to get through to company, nor was I given any shipping info.

Placed an order for gift jersey for my grandson. Cannot find out the status (3 emails and hours on hold through their phone hotline).

NO RESPONSE AT ALL.

After reading other similar reviews and experiences, it appears this company is not legit.

They don’t respond to emails. Weeks have gone by. No shipment, no response to emails, no way to leave voicemail and no one answers phone. Might be a fraud. Stay clear.
