If there was a way to give 0 stars I would. Website states you will receive orders within 10 business days. I have waited over a month, and by the way the site never let me know that the shipment was delayed, and these were gifts for my son's birthday that never arrived. They would not offer me a discount or do anything for the inconvenience. Will NEVER order from them again and I highly suggest others go elsewhere. These are expensive jerseys and really terrible customer service and experience.

Happy with SoccerPro Customer Service!
I wanted to write these guys a positive review since there are a lot of negative reviews on here. I placed an order from them as one of the other websites I was ordering from had repeatedly sent me the wrong item. I received exactly what I ordered in a timely manner from SoccerPro.
My only complaint was I didn’t get a shipping update about it until I sent them an email asking for it (two business days later). They replied thoroughly and were super helpful. I actually found out that my order had been shipped the day after I ordered.
I would order from them again if they had what I wanted. They dispatched my order immediately and it arrived 3 business days later.

$240 worth of item went missing. No customer service.
I placed an order for a brand new pair of adidas soccer cleats $240 price tag on May 26, 2022.
They shipped it through UPS but it was handed over to USPS and USPS took the final delivery part for some reason.
The problem is that I never received the product even though USPS marked it as delivered.
I sent them email asking for a help regarding the situation twice(May 29 and Jun 1) but they would not even bother answering me back(today's date is Jun 5th), which means this missing package issue has ben on going for more than 2 weeks but they wouldn't even care.
Considering that they mentioned one of their business core values as "Strive to create the most unique soccer experience online", I am afraid that they are not taking it serious.

After 2 months of hoping that shirt that I order will arrive on time, I requested full refund. They spoil my grandson birthday. They lied in emails. Never again. Very unprofessional.

Great place to buy
I've been buying from them since 2014 and I have never had a single problem. I usually buy a jersey every year and they are always shipped very well, would highly recommend buying from them.
