Mateo Camacho was one of the most professional experienced and reliable representatives I’ve ever had the privilege of working with in my career. We had a few glitches as you always do with new integration. He handled these issues quickly, efficiently and always with a follow up to make sure we were happy with the results. Went to Social Scout with no prior Klaviyo/real email marketing in place. Through 3 months we've increased our revenue, collected emails at a very high clip, set up many branded flows, and sent out consistent, branded campaigns. The people are easy to work with and "bought in." You're never going to find people that care as much as you do about your brand, but this is pretty damn close. You can be as involved as you'd like. Communication is great. I have zero complaints.
