Wasted time poor quality

FreedomBuilt hired them so many others, we are a group of just 100 that help kids start careers straight for high school.
This company is a scam, they create their flows using a.i and its a total joke. I am the CEO of FreedomBuilt contact us anytime for more info. BUT STAY AWAY FROM THEM. We have asked for our money back we will see if they stand by their word in the next day or two!

Hi Rick, you have left your review for the incorrect business. SocialScouts (formerly Fanbase) closed down in 2024. There are other businesses on Trustpilot called Social Scouts, please review the domain name of the emails in your correspondence with the business you worked with and find the correct business on Trustpilot. At the moment, you have left your review for the wrong business, we have not worked together and this business closed in 2024.

Reece has been brilliant, extremely timely with delivery (of strong blog content) and very punctual in communication. Highly recommend!

Reece is a great point of contact

Reece from Social Scouts is a great PoC. We used SocialScouts for our blog writing activities, and were able to ramp up our efforts while also upping the quality of work produced. Overall, very happy with the communication as well as the quality of work.

Overall great service

Overall great service. Reece was great all the time, very communicative and responsive to our requests, and always on top of things. Give them a chance, you’ll enjoy working with them.

We have been using fan base for our social feeds for a number of months and really rate Reece and the team.

Their copy and graphics have been on brand from day 1 and they are very responsive and the portals they use make reviewing and approving posts really simple.
