Ordered in November 2025, received January 2026 even though the website stated 10-15 days delivery. Item was a gift for Christmas. Item came out of China and website lists address in California.
Difficulty in trying to return item for a refund. Can only request through their email and a reply took weeks! Finally got a response and only offered a 20% refund or gift card.
Would not recommend purchasing anything from soco hoodie in the future. Quality of product also poor and size ran small.

Nightmare. Purchased xmas pjs for my family in October and I have still not received them. No human communication. Now trying to dispute with my bank. Avoid at all costs.

Tried to use the discount code and it did not work. It was supposed to be buy one get one 30% off. Then they said they would credit my account they never did when I finally received the sweatshirts three months later found out that they are made in China, and they are made of polyester not cotton really really crappy. Called Citibank opened a dispute three months later found out that Citibank sided with soco hoodies did not get my $76 back or even half of a refund.

It was awful service just trying to get my package it took a month to get to my house. The service was awful and had no communication. And when I finally got my package and it's nothing like advertised or what I ordered

Negative if i could.i emailed about my order 3 times and every time they said we can help you with you give us your email ( which is same one they any me) order date and number! 3 times same thing still no word on the order where it is. Policy says that you will be notified within 48 hours of order with tracking HA HA HA.. still not email no tracking and no reply to my emails
BEWARE DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS W/THESE PEOPLE. They are not accredited with the Better Business Bureau, and they, as of today (12/11/25), have an "F" rating with them. I ordered a hoodie from them to give to my son for Christmas. When the hoodie arrived, it appeared to be in good condition, however it seemed smaller than the size I ordered (a large). I looked at the tag, and found that it had been removed completely, so there was no way to determine the hoodie's actual size. I attempted to try it on, but there was no way it would fit (I'm also a large), so it was most likely a size small. I immediately contacted their customer service and was given an address in China to send the hoodie back to. I requested a US address (as sending things to China is extremely expensive - often more than the item is worth) and was told that, while they're headquartered in the US, their warehouse is in China, so that was the only option. I explained the situation (that they sent me the wrong size and that it was damaged). They offered me a 50% 'store credit' and I could keep the hoodie or a 20% refund and I could keep the hoodie. If I wanted a "full" refund, I would have to send it to China. I explained repeatedly that this was unacceptable as this was their mistake, but I got absolutely nowhere. As a way of recouping some of my loss, I agreed to take the 20% refund, so I'm expecting to get an approximate $10 refund (which they said would take 7-10 business days. This was on 12/04/25, and as of today, I haven't received the refund.

A hoodie was purchased/ordered on October 6,2025. As of 12/9/25, I have not received the item. I may end up getting the product, but if you don't mind waiting for 2 months+, go ahead and order. If the product does not arrive by 12/11/25, I will have the credit card reverse the charges, and look elsewhere. BTW, their products are not in the USA, but have to be sent from China when ordered.

I ordered a hoodie and hoodie looks nothing like video ad or pictures. Very thin and small. Tried returning it but customer service response is always the same almost ignoring your answer so it passes the 30 day guarantee money back and then they keep your money.

I ordered a hoodie for my son and paid $20 for expedited shipping and it’s a week later and STILL no tracking number sent 1-3 days later as stated on their website!
I should have already received our order. He is extremely disappointed that he will not be getting this in time for Halloween which was the whole point I paid $20 extra.
STAY AWAY! Their website claims to have high ratings with trust pilot, this is an outright lie!!

Ordered two great hoodies. Ordered a third size 2X and received what appeared to be a large; there was no size tag attached. They wanted a photo of the inside showing the tag. FIVE responses stating no tag plus having sent a photo accomplished nothing. Their response was, "give it away and we will send you a 50% gift card towards a new hoodie." It has been three months trying to get this gift card. One excuse after another. I get constant sales ads but zero gift card. Do not buy anything from these people.

Shipping took forever and came from china…. Not only that but the hoodie look or feel nothing like what the picture advertised. When trying to get a refund, I was told to give them a few days to receive a partial refund it’s been almost 2 months with excuse after excuse every time I contact them.

I ordered a costume, paid for fast shipping expecting to receive in a week. It never showed up. About 2 months later I received some random weird leftovers in the mail. I've sent them message after message and there is NEVER a response. I believe they ARE a scam.

Took a month to receive the hoodie and when I finally got it, I realized it was a really bad fake of the Surf Crush Embroidered hoodie. When dealing with customer service you’re met with many company names. You may order through soco hoodie but payment was made under original pajamas, when issues arose I emailed them through the website and was responded to by Premier Trust Store. Currently working with PayPal on a dispute and so far that’s been a joke too. DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!

I ordered a hoodie and it took three weeks to come and then it came in the wrong color. They are asking me to pay for shipping back to China for a refund. They will not pay return shipping charges when they sent the wrong color. I wouldn’t order from them.

I don't think they are a scam but deceptive shipping. I paid $20 for fast 3-5days shipping (as i had a scifi convention coming up) but its been taking over a month to get to me. Even the Standard 5-10day shipping is deceptive if its coming from China and will take longer. They shouldn't even try to offer the fast shipping if its a way just to milk people out of more money.
They said the item has left the warehouse so they can't refund the $20 shipping (on a $60 item), seems sketchy thing to say.

PS this company shows up as 'ORIGPAJAMAS' in your credit card. So the parent company probably sucks too. I will put this review on Reddit so everyone knows.

You guys NEVER delivered my order, took more than a month to deliver and more.

Do NOT order from this company! It is a scam! As far as I can tell, their business address in California looks fake, everything comes from China, and they lie to you at checkout about their shipping times. Purchased standard shipping (5-10 business days), assuming they were like every other company and that the product would be in hand at the end of the 10 days. That date has come and gone long ago and, according to the tracking data, my order is still sitting in their warehouse in China. Customer service is a joke, likely written with AI, and so far they have strung out the conversation for almost a week without providing any real details of my order. Attempts to cancel the order, get a refund, etc. are met with excuses, if I'm even talking to a real person. I can only imagine that if I ever receive the product and want to return it, it would be a total nightmare and cost more than the original order to ship back to China. Save yourself the headache and order from somewhere else.

Also note: Every good review for this company on Trust Pilot is a redirect, meaning "someone" did a review on the company website and it was redirected to their Trustpilot profile. Maybe it's legit and all these people are happy with their products, but it seems odd that no one is coming directly to Trustpilot to rave about how good their experience was.

I would give it zero stars if I could!! It is a total SCAM. I ordered a $39.99 sweatshirt for my daughter in December. My first uneasy thought when I did not receive a confirmation purchase email, is this a legit company? I emailed the company regarding this order and did not even get any response. Their website looks great, so I can see where people would be duped of their money, including me ! 🤬

Still same spam response to my emails for my feb22 order. No real response same ones recycled.
