When we contacted Marco about a sofa we had seen, he recommended we visit to see the stock he had. It was a long way to go but definitely the right decision. He has an excellent range of sofas and beds at very reasonable prices and he was very helpful and patient in showing us the full range. We bought sofas (not the one we originally asked about !) and beds for ourselves and our son. Marco and Ash arranged the delivery to both addresses and sent their guys to deliver and erect all the furniture . A great service and great products. I strongly recommend to go visit. It is definitely worth the trip !

I have bought from this company before and have always had great service coupled with great price. We were met by Ash who, after we explained what we were looking for gave us guidance then left us to browse, no hard sell just genuine advice. We asked if they would split a 3&2 seater and it was not a problem so we bought the 2 seater in Nuuk. Delivery was as advised and the delivery men were 5* also, they moved my old Natuzzi and took it down to my neighbour with no hassle. Sofa Max level others dead for service. Well done all.

I recently visited Sofa Max Designer Brand Furniture Outlet & Megastore, and I have to say it was one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time. The range and quality of sofas on display were outstanding — everything from designer pieces to luxury corner units, all at incredible prices. You can tell they only stock top-quality brands.

It's not very often that you come across a totally unique sofa business offering supreme quality sofas at unbeatable prices. Marco and Ash seem to genuinely care about helping you to make the right purchase. On top of this... they stock the sofas on offer... so no lengthy 12 week wait! The delivery service was also impeccable. Two very genuine people, one fantastic sofa outlet! I absolutely recommend!

My name is Ismail ValliI bought a Natuzzi corner suite from Sofa Max 3 Years ago. The leather is peeling off , after so many emails they replied back saying you have a cat in the house according to the photos I sent. They never came to my house in Preston to see the Sofa how can they say this. To date they have not even replied back or sorted the problem. I would never go back there again as this is awful service , I would advice all customers to be careful and not go there

Sofamax are not local to us but we travelled to visit them as they hold more stock (available to purchase) than most.

The experience from start to finish was excellent, Ash was extremely helpful and guided us through the process which ultimately resulted in us getting a great deal on a pair of stock sofas and a made to order Natuzzi. Delivery was earlier than expected and the logistics team who are also part of the company were also extremely helpful.

We were oringally looking at Nattuzzi main stores. Then I did a Google search and found Sofa Max we were so glad we found then. We are based in Kent and Sofa Max are based up near Manchester. We done some reviews to find out more about SofaMax and the deserve every positive review they have.
We spoke with Marco, what a Great guy he is, he went around his large store showing us lots of his stock. They have a lot of stock. Marco was never pushy and only wanted to help us choose the right furniture for us.
The Sofa we ordered around in around 5 day and it was unwrapped and set up for us checking everything worked correctly before leaving.
The quality to be fair was better than we could of imagined.

Please use Sofa Max if you can you will save a small fortune and have a great Sofa that oozes Quality.

We will now always recommend these guys as it the best experience we have had.

I recently purchased a Natuzzi Sofa, the classic Philo, and I confirm all the positive reviews. Great Sofa ( new condition), great service and communication, and overall a very pleasant experience, taking into account the order was made from distance and Marco was very open and helped me to send the sofa abroad. I recommend and I definitely will buy again.

The customer care from the company is excellent, I purchased a dining suite and bed, they were delivered and set up, great value and quality, would definitely purchase from this genuine company again!

We have been looking for a sofa for 3 years now and trying to justify the prices of sofas, we just hadn’t managed getting one till we came across Sofa Max. Marco communicated so well with us and gave us so much information via WhatsApp. Not being close to his showroom we used his very handy website videos and his knowledge to go with a sofa from one day and had it personally delivered and set up by him the next! Sofa Max have a huge selection of quality branded sofas to choose from that are in stock ready for delivery. So no waiting for months for a new sofa to arrive. While visiting the store we had brilliant, knowledgeable customer service from Marco and Ash. Marco in particular spent the time with us to help us make a decision without us feeling like he was pushy in any way. They both had the knowledge from experience to answer any question we had which was reassuring.
Upon speedy delivery of our sofas the team were courteous and respectful of our property, they set up the sofas exactly where we wanted them and took all the packaging back with them.
Since then, one of the sofas developed a problem which was handled by Ash with exceptional, no quibbling customer service.

I bought recently a Natuzzi sofa in this outlet.The sofa delivered with absolute good quality. Most important they allow zero deposit and cash on delivery give customers more confidence on the company especially for a discounted price product. One minus point is the packing not so rigid but the delivery man is experienced and very careful, fully sitted in my living room now. Thanks Marco and Ash, a good buying experience I can say.

Overall brilliant experience using this company , firstly the quality of there products is amazing , always recommend to family and friends (who have also purchased from Sofa Max) we have had our sofa for 2 years, we recently had a problem with a break down on the motor on the recliner , Sofa Max was absolutely brilliant, customer service was once again amazing, they swapped over the motor for new one with no problems .
