I had the same experience as everyone else, where I purchased a couple sofa covers and then never heard from them again. Just wanted to say that I contacted PayPal through their contact form on the email confirming my order. I gave them all the info and they ended up refunding my order a few weeks later! So I hope a few of you can still try that as well.

Still waiting to hear from them after inquiring about a missing item.Took a very long time to hear about delivery end I had to inquire after a month where is my product. They don't update you, it's like pulling teeth to get someone to answer. I'm going to call the BBB.

I ordered $120 worth of sofa skins in November 2023. I sent their customer service link an email in December twice and once in January with ZERO response. I was unable to access any kind of location or 800# to actually connect with them.
I would encourage anyone to avoid this false site. Obviously, I was scammed and will not get my products or a refund. Thieves.

Ordered two sofa skins from this company to breathe new life into some old sofas we were given. I measured as per the website dimensions before ordering. However they don't fit. Also the quality is not good - quite an irritating texture of material they're made with and just couldn't get them to smooth easily - ended up looking a mess.

Have been trying to return but cannot get any response on email or the 'live chat' which I don't think anyone actually monitors on their end...

Doubtful I will get my money back at all.

Dont waste your money. I measured and ordered a cover for a small sofa. It’s arrived. Useless. Certainly doesn’t fit my small sofa. Doesn’t even an armchair we have. Material doesn’t even look like that on the website. What a con. Avoid at all costs.

Put my light grey cover on my stone colour sofa, when I took it off after about eight weeks, the dye had marked the edges of my sofa.

I wish i could allocate 0 stars instead of 1. I have been contacting them every day for 2 weeks and just get fobbed off on their online chat. I want to return an item as the quality is rubbish. The email address they give you is like writing into a black hole. They say they have raised a ticket but this is of absolutely no use whatsoever. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Not at good experience, did receive items but poor quality and totally unsuitable, tried to get returns address to be able to return for a refund, no response from numerous emails sent requesting this! Online chat; well that was useless too

Really really bad experience. Have been trying to return 2 covers. Wrong colour and poor quality!!! Have tried to contact for 3 weeks. No reply to emails which are not being accepted now. Live chat was useless. I am 73 years old and cannot afford this loss. Worst company ever do not buy from them. Goods from china but UK website it's a scam!!!!!

this place is a scam! they charged me and never sent me the item! when i wrote to them to get a refund they asked me for my bank account information and refused to mail me a check or refund my cc.

Orders these a few weeks ago. Still not received. Sent evidence of payment to them and was promised an e mail. As it appears they have no evidence of the order. After 2 chats with the on line chat team. I have received nothing. I think I have lost my £42. Shocking company. Avoid them at all costs.

I recently posted a negative review having experienced the same awful service. However I wonder if the people who say they HAVE managed to return their items and have received a refund could share the return address with the rest of us. Anyone willing to help???

Wanted a return and refund and waiting since 3 months

Recently, I made a purchase from Sofaskins, but the item did not match our sofa, so we asked for assistance from the customer service. My issue was resolved within a short period of time, and following confirmation, they started the refund procedure.

Product did not fit my couch even though I purchased the sizes according to the specifications on the website. Quality was okay - soft but very thin. It looked cheap. Trying to return the product was difficult. There were no return instructions and the Online Chat Agent just gave me an email address to contact for more instructions. After multiple weeks of no response (which was frustrating considering they have a 30 day return policy), I came here and saw all the bad reviews. After writing my own review and disputing the charge, I finally heard back from someone, who did end up processing a refund.

What a SHAM of a company! What a beautiful website, and I love that there is a UNITED STATES address listed on the website making one think this purchase is made and sourced from a United States company--it is NOT! I was informed shipment to arrive within 6-12 days, that was NOT the case! There was NO real tracking information other than from some Chinese freight supplier to the United States, and it stopped there. There's NO phone number to contact someone, they only email you when they feel like it. I was given EXCUSE after EXCUSE about where the order is with no real assistance! This order NEVER showed. I was then told they will send me a replacement at NO CHARGE, this even after I informed them I have disputed the transaction with my credit card company.

I receive the expedited shipment from China via Federal Express as the original shipment NEVER made it here, and wow.... NOT what I expected. The size they recommended me to purchase is too tight, the elastic straps broke, the little cushion inserts are really small pieces of smashed soft styrofoam and do NOTHING to hold the couch skin into the couch itself. It's already ripped! AND NOW THEY HAVE DISPUTED THE FACTS AND MADE AMERICAN EXPRESS RE-BILL MY ACCOUNT.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

Exceptionally poor customer service. Customer Service was unable to give any information whatsoever on where the order was, insisting it had been despatched. Have finally received my order two months after placing it. According to their website it's still on the way....................
Item does the job, that's as high as I can go with a review of the product.

My order also took forever to arrive as I think they ship these covers from China. When it finally got here covers did not fit my sofas at all even though my sofas are within size specs for these covers. Quality is definitely not a good value for the price. Returns are impossible. There is no system, you need to email them to get an address for return, and surprise surprise no one answers these emails. I have already sent probably 10 emails in June to all email addresses I can see on their website and not a single answer received so far. I will definitely report them as it is plain stealing.

Wish I saw this review site prior to ordering this. Waited 2 months for these to be delivered. Fabric is extraordinarily cheap & feels gross. Product came looking like a duct taped “bowling ball” with rips in the single ply plastic wrap ( which may explain the duct tape. I’ve emailed & messaged, so far no response

I would give a 0 rating if possible ...i placed an order over a month ago and have received nothing. I've emailed numerous times and had no response .....and surprise surprise there's no number to contact. Very frustrating to see that they are getting away with this daily by the looks of things!! It seems lots of people haven't received their product. They are literally stealing..... absolutely awful and unacceptable.
