Exceptional Service – Highly Recommended!

We recently bought brand-new sofas, knowing they wouldn’t fit up the stairs in our new townhouse. That’s why we sought out a specialist, and we’re so glad we found Lewis and his team!

From the start, Lewis reassured us that the job could be done, which really put our minds at ease. On the day, they expertly dismantled all three sofas, got them upstairs, and reassembled them so perfectly you’d never know they had been taken apart!

The team was professional, skilled, and very reasonably priced. If you’re in a similar situation, look no further—these guys are amazing! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lewis and team did an amazing working in getting our sofa through a narrow corridor into the living room.They knew exactly what they were doing and was able to dismantle and move the middle piece of an L shaped recliner 5 seat sofa without any issues. Movers couldn't move this piece and they left it in the entrance way . But we managed to get Lewis s contact through Furniture Village as they recommended us and we are really glad that we could get Lewis s help.

Excellent service. Had a snuggle seat with a broken leg and frame. Lewis and team communicated well before the appointment and arrived on time. They got to work immediately , were highly professional and resolved the issue within a really short space of time. I couldn’t be happier with the work done. To think that I thought the seat would have to be replaced - I’m so glad I looked into a repair job. They made it look easy!!
They worked within the price quoted so no nasty surprises which is always appreciated .

Sofa access is super professional, efficient, and incredibly meticulous. They took apart and redid the sofa to fit in my apartment and the work was impeccable -- you'd have no idea it was cut up. Highly highly recommend this company and especially Louis and Shane who were diligent, friendly, and total experts. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

We recently moved from Hutton to Chelmsford and our much beloved big comfy couch didn't have a snowballs chance in hell of getting into the tight turn of our new lounge. Between ourselves and the movers we tried absolutely everything but there was no chance! It ruined our move and we were looking reluctantly at a new sofa whilst our favourite was just stuck in the conservatory. Complaining about it at work a colleague mentioned to me that his daughter had used sofa access with great success. I never imagined in my wildest dreams it could be done. Long story short the guys from sofa access gave us a very good price quoted from a few pics of the sofa and kaboom! A week later they were able to squeeze us in and they are maestros and amazing craftsman. My wife who works from home said the was some cutting and banging going on for a little while and hey presto it was in my lounge a couple hours later! It's made what was fast becoming a really difficult and frustrating move so much better. Love my sofa and we now feel back at home and settled. I couldn't tell you for love or money how they did it but I cannot find a stitch out of place and structurally it's exactly the same as it ever was. Extremely happy customer and I would have NO hesitation in absolutely recommending these guys if you happen to have the same problem we did. Saved us thousands not having to buy a new couch and I've got my old faithful couch where it should be! 🙌 ..... Not planning on moving again for a very long time but if the need arises these guys will be my first phone call!

Lewis and his team did an excellent job. We purchased a sofa bed, but unfortunately, it couldn't fit through our very narrow hallway. My husband and I were desperate to resolve this situation, especially since the sofa was non-refundable, which led to many sleepless nights.

After some research, I found Sofa Access online. Given the challenging nature of the job, Lewis reassured me multiple times about the feasibility of the task and was able to arrange a booking at short notice.

They expertly dismantled the sofa by cutting it into pieces and reassembled it back to its original form in less than an hour. Additionally, they managed to repair damage caused by the delivery company!

I couldn't be more grateful to this team since I had no other sofas that I wanted. I highly recommend their services!

How nice to find a company that is so professional and nothing is too much trouble. They arrived on time assessed the problem and decided they needed to take arms off our new Sofa to get it into our property.
The Sofa was put back together and you wouldn't know it had been dismantled. All done quickly and efficiently would highly recommenf.

I brought a corner sofa and could not get half of it in, I completely stressed out about it. A friend recommended Lewis. I'm so glad they did. Lewis and his colleague dismantled my sofa that was completely stiched in, and put it all back together again like it hadn't been touched, and no mess left behind.

Absolutely amazing service. I moved into a new property and my sofa and bed could not fit. I was stressed until I found this company. Long story short they managed to get both items in my house. I am a very satisfied grateful customer. The customer service was also first class which was a bonus thanks Lewis and team.

Absolutely top notch service from start to finish. Speaking with Dave who did the sofa splitting with Peter I found that they are a family firm of upholsterers and they were all very professional, immensely helpful and genuinely friendly. Lewis and his dad were absolutely great. I’ve never been able to have a 3 seater sofa before due to narrow access but they promised me they’d get it in somehow and they did! The furniture company mixed up the order and Lewis took photos and sorted it out even though it wasn’t his mistake but a sales mistake! They were polite and kept me informed about the delivery date from the outset. Would highly recommend this company.

Lewis & Dave (son & dad) were hugely professional, very polite, very friendly, & were very careful with our home & new furniture. They knew their stuff, highly professional, worked speedily, with care & attention to detail. I honestly cannot recommend this company highly enough. A true family business, putting their customers at the centre of their business. Would definitely employ them again, truly impressed!
