This is an honest review.I purchased a Sofa bed from this company and it was delivered a week before Christmas.
To begin with it looks okay but for something that was supposed to have been over £2000 originally I find this extremely hard to believe.
The pullout bed part is a completely different sponge compared to the rest of the Sofa so you actually feel like you’re laying on two different surfaces.
It honestly is like sleeping on the floor.
The quality is not shocking .
The side arm keeps falling off of the Sofa, which actually makes it very dangerous.
When it is in bed mode, there is a open corner perfect to catch your foot in and wedge your foot, which has happened several times to different members of my family.
The upholstery is misshaped. You can see looking at it in so many different places that it doesn’t line up
When the bed is folded back to just a Sofa, there is barely enough depth to sit on so it is an extremely small Sofa bed.
My husband did email the company and to date we still have not had a response from them.
This Sofa is unfit for purpose and we will be disposing of this Sofa to the local tip.
We feel absolutely cheated in paying for this Sofa and I strongly urge you please do not buy from this company.

Good, but after some time you do notice small flaws, quality issues. Does the job though

Order way ahead as your sofa might be delayed or might not even reach you at all. Customer service is providing very unreliable information, they seem to have prepared answers just to get you reassured your order is on the way which is actually not even close to being prepared. Very dissappointed.

Ordered a sofa on 18th February with a quoted 2 to 5 week lead time. I proactively checked in at the 2 week mark and was told everything was on track.

At the end of week 5, having heard nothing, I chased for an update. Only then was I told there had been an “unexpected last minute delay” and that the sofa would be completed around 3rd April, with delivery realistically mid April. This clearly suggests the delay was known but not communicated.

It is now 11th April and I still have no sofa, no confirmed delivery date, and no clear answers. From 18th February to now is well beyond the original timeframe I was sold.

I moved into my home based on that timeline and have been left sitting on the floor or using a beanbag for weeks.

Communication has been consistently poor. I am always the one chasing, despite being told repeatedly “we’ll update you tomorrow”, which rarely happens. Ella does respond within a reasonable time, but Alex has not responded at all.

I was offered £50 as a goodwill gesture on a nearly £1000 sofa, which is not proportionate given the delay and inconvenience. I requested at least 15 percent compensation, which has been ignored.

Most recently, I was told the issue had been escalated to the “highest level of management” for review. Despite this, I have still received no follow-up, no timeline, and no acknowledgment of the level of disruption this has caused.

The sofa is apparently finished, yet they still cannot confirm when it will reach their warehouse or when it will be delivered.

Overall, this has been a stressful and frustrating experience, defined by poor communication, missed timelines, and a lack of accountability. I genuinely regret ordering from them and at this stage would rather get a full refund and order from elsewhere. Absolutely shocking!

Roman and Alex we're really friendly and professional. Unpacked and put together, got me to check over it all and my house before leaving. Colour is just like online, love the colour, storage is bigger than looked which is the reason I chose this for the storage and colour matches. Would recommend. Only downfall is they can only give u 48 hours notice of delivery, which is a pain, u need to either be stuck with your old sofa as well or have nothing to sit on until the delivery comes
