From the moment I walked into the shop I felt welcome. The lady I spoke to was very helpful, explaining every detail which I would have forgotten to ask. I was actually shopping around but sofology got my business based on customer service and the quality.

New furniture
We purchased a new 3 piece suite from Sofology in Jan this year, Gary who was the sales person we dealt with at Doncaster was extremely helpful let us browse around the store until we found what we wanted. He explained everything to us from cleaning products, warranty and the delivery process he was extremely helpful.
Today 9 April are suite was delivered on time the guys even took off their shoes when entering the house. They unpacked outside and moved the furniture in without any damage. These three guys were very helpful and courteous a job well done. Thank you

Fantastic service and assistance from Pauline
Pauline was really helpful and knowledgeable, offering gentle advice and tips. Her unending patience and friendly understanding was just what we needed, knowing when we wanted help and when not. The whole process of buying a new sofa was made so much easier with her help and knowledge. Thank you Pauline, we really appreciated your efforts, taking the material outside was invaluable.
