Amazing service, slales Lady in the Poole store was fantastic, I dealt with the manager at Poole, he made everything fast and simple no messing around, this is the second time I've purchased a Sofology sofa, I love the quality and the aftercare provided.
Thanks guys can't wait for our sofa to arrive.

Good staff, good communication and a decent knowledge of the products

We had a wonderful experience with Sofology, as most people do we shopped around but came back to Sofology after feeling the quality difference between them and a cheaper store. We enjoyed the personal touch which we didn't feel we had in the other stores and felt they understood our needs and helped us in finding the best solution for our space. It made a rather mind-boggling experience a whole lot easier.

Felt comfortable on entering the store, not pressured and followed around.
I believe it was the store manager who dealt with me and explained all my options as to the choice of my sofa once I finally agreed to buy.

Staff were extremely helpful, some sales people are really pushy, but sofology were not. They explained in depth and detail, also helped me visualise my sofa,
I think the sales person was called Nathan. He is a great asset to your team and made me and my partner feel happy and content with our purchase.

Nice lady served us. I think her name was Sally Ann. I know it was Ann anyway she was very nice very helpful than everybody else was right up into so all seems well just waiting for my very nice sweet.

We purchased a Great La-Z-Boy Chair, hopefully!
Fortunately, I spotted the chair by accident in the showroom.
I would have liked to have had more information on the range of available La-Z-Boy chairs meeting our criteria. The rocking chair was not mentioned, nor were swivel-based chairs. I found it.
Otherwise, good customer service.

Women who helped us was very helpful, knew every detail I needed to help find one sofa we wanted. Very friendly

Sales team helpful. However being bombarded to review after 1 week of purchase when it’s on a 12-13 week lead time is frustrating to say the least.
