Had a great experience today visiting the store in Hanley was greeted by the amazing vicky who made it so easy as first time buyers to find the right sofa for a home,a lovely kind hearted sole who explained everything thoroughly.A great asset to the company thank you so much vicky hope to see you again soon

The staff greeted us on our arrival and…
The staff greeted us on our arrival and they informed us that if we had any questions then don’t hesitate to speak to a member of staff. We were left to walk freely around the store with no pressure sales team hovering around. When questions were raised by us the staff we very knowledgeable and were professional throughout.
The staff member who looked after us was named Samantha Cunningham-Oakes. We attended the store on three occasions and Samantha at no stage put us under any pressure.
I would highly recommend the quality of sofas and professionalism of the staff at Sofology in Stoke.
We did purchase a sofa and chair and again Samantha explained everything to us in a simple way that we understood with no jargon.

Helpful staff
Ordered our new sofas today in store, spoke to James who was very knowledgeable and explained everything about the sofas we chose and told us about cleaning care kits and sofa shield cover also gave us a swatch to take home. Was offered a hot drink, manager also helpful.
