After purchasing a microsoft licence, they told me a few days later that I can't use it on my mac mini and that I had to buy another licence for that on top. Yes they did give me a discount but it was extra ontop of what I already bought.
When I queried this by reply they took ages to get back to me, I tried replying to another email but it kept bouncing back, so I had to put it in through the online contact us page, and then they answered the question with a generic response that didn't answer what I asked.
I tried calling and texting on their mobile on the webpage but it was disconnected.
I bought the licence over 3 weeks ago and still havent been able to use it, I have a Teams meeting tomorrow and I dont know if it will work yet.
I'm now using the free versions online.
Now I just want a refund but I'm still waiting for a reply from that email I sent 2 days ago.

The product did not work. I did liaise with one of the company reps and after following their instructions the "key" still couldn't be activated. I have since emailed on multiple occasions to gry a refund only to be met with radio silence - not good

i am most disapointed paid out 150$ and recieved unusable software x1
and 2 not the advertised product for other 2 purchases. a refund would be appropriate but i doubt that i will see that.

It was a very easy process to buy and the delivery was very prompt with clear instructions as to what to do.

I ordered two copies of Microsoft Office 2021 Home and Business, which turned out to be for a MAC and I use Windows. I spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to cancel the order, but I managed to send a message. I received an impersonal and unprofessional reply from 'Shawn Verma' who bluntly told me that a refund would take a long time. I have heard nothing since. This is unacceptable. My credit card should have been refunded within 24 hours, but it has not. I have now contacted the bank. I certainly will not ever order from SoftwareG again.

Some licenses work, some don't. It's a gamble. After sales support is non-existent. Couldn't get a refund or any help for MS office license that didn't work. That's said, in the past I have purchased a couple of other products from these guys and they did work. Hit and miss basically, but as there are other better alternatives out there I would simply avoid softwareg.

Product - good, support - not really... Only simple instructions are provided to install the product from scratch. No troubleshooting: I had already installed Microsoft 365 on my laptop with the Office suite for online use, and it was interfering with the new software. It took me too much time to successfully figure out the error and solve the problem.
