I bought Windows 10 a few days ago and had a few problems, the tech (Hadi) help me out and he managed to resolved all my problems. I would recommend Software Mart to everyone and anyone. this is honestly the best experience I have ever had with any customer service ever.

My mum recommended this website to me when I was setting up my new computer for university/work. The product was well priced, and I received immediate remote assistance with installing my software from Hadi, making for a painless experience. I highly recommend this company.

Very Pleased: I purchased Office 2024 to replace an ageing office 2016. However had some difficulty upoading the program. After corresponding with Software Mart (Hadi) arranged a remote access upload. It turned out that my PC, whilst being only a few years old had still got legacy versions of Office back to 2007. deleting these using MS uninstall took ages. Hadi persisted and a full cleanup and new install was completed. I appreciate the effort and time spent. i could not have done this alone

It was difficult to get the software working on my iPad. The chat helpt but als crashed. In the end the instruction sent helped to solve the problem.

The site is legit. Proper software at significantly reduced pricing. The ordering process was easy and very smooth. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because the email which contained the software product key came several minutes later than anticipated, which made this little sceptic's anxiety go up a notch (Relieved when it finally came :-)). Will definitely use your services again now I know what to expect - thanks Guys.

I should of read the reviews before purchase.

Microsoft rejected my software key for Office 2024, only a day after it was activated.

Entering the key at my Microsoft account (which is standard if the key is legitimate) was rejected.

On further investigation, I discovered that the key is most likely linked to a Volume Licence and not actually a legitimate key for personal use. This is a common scam. I should of known better.

I have reported the company to the Australia watchdog (ASIC) and the Australian tax office (ATO) with a detailed report of my experience. I don’t expect much of a response which is why scam companies like this can operate with impunity.

I would assume this is an offshore company who registered for an Australian business license and have nothing more than a P.O.Box at a post office, which sadly, is all you need to operate a business in Australia. A Govt. failing.

The responses made by this company are obviously generic and the English used in the replies should be an indication that this company isn’t really in Australia.
A reply can contain a response that wasn’t actually given to a customer. Like Facebook, you can say or be anyone that you like without recourse.

I just read your reply. What a terrible business you run. You do realise the replies you make are visible to others? Not a great advertisement.

Also, I refused to supply the information you requested because if ASIC or the ATO take action, I do not want repercussions. You have proven by your reply to be vindictive. I don’t need you having my personal details..

I think I’ll warn people on other Australian forums.
