I accidentally ordered the wrong color pillow. Daisy was so very helpful tracking down my order and stopping it from leaving the warehouse. Daisy was professional, quick, and very courteous.

I recently made my first large purchase with Soho Home and had a fantastic experience. I had a specific request regarding my order, and Daisy & Gab from the customer service team went above and beyond to find a solution. It’s rare to find this level of care and responsiveness. I’m very impressed with the brand and feel very confident shopping here again!

Excellent service. They respond very promptly and politely to address my concerns. They were minor issues but they handled it like it spent $1,000,000. One item just literally broke that was $30. The email was so kind and professional. Daisy haled me at their office. She is a superstar.

I ordered a bed from Soho Home. The courier company turned up at 06:45 (15 mins before they were meant to). They did not ring my doorbell. I was in the next door room from my phone so did not hear it ringing. I eventually called them back only 5 minutes after they had last called me and the guy said they had left half an hour ago. This was a blatant lie. They have now given another date 8 days after the first one. I understand that I should have been next to my phone, but to not ring the doorbell and then lie about when they had left is not the service I expect when paying £5000 for a bed. On top of this the estimate for the bed was 9 weeks from order. It has been 11 weeks and by delivery will be 12! I wouldn't be that annoyed usually but when you are paying so much its not acceptable. I wouldn't recommend ordering a bed from them. Other stuff comes quickly and is fine.

I had an issue with a broken vase on arrival. Tiffany was absolutely excellent - she could not have been more helpful and late in the evening too - she went over and beyond to sort this out - replacement followed very quickly. THANK YOU TIFFANY SO MUCH

Their service throughout has been amazing and their customer service team have gone above and beyond on numerous occasions. I ordered 3 sofas on 7th October - finally delivered 23rd December after two delivery attempts (which was down to the incompetent delivery company ) Two sofas are fine but the 3rd one arrived with no legs - this issue has been going on and on - I had to wait between deliveries 10 days as the original delivery was due aborted due to having a few stones between my gate and door ? maybe 4 metres ? I am aware of the Christmas period but have emailed twice and no result . I have requested a refund as a sofa delivered with no legs is faulty and unusable and I love Soho Homes' concept and furniture but would never purchase from them again - They just don't care and no customer service whatsoever
