Warm & very welcoming experience. I've had many sports massages over the years & Eshan is up there with the best of them. Hitting the targeted areas from a multitude of difference angles really helps with getting deep into the tissue. Highly recommend. Oh & if you like a decent amount of pressure, Eshan is your guy, but he does also check on you enough times to make sure the pressure isn't too much.

I’ve neglected my body for some time and had many aches and pains. Ehsan did a full MOT today and the results are remarkable. I’ve had deep tissue massages around the world and this is hands down the best. He truly is gifted. I wouldn't go anywhere else now !

I went to see Ehsan on recommendation from my PT and it did not disappoint! It has to be one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I had a 30 minute deep tissue massage with dry cupping, it was very precise and worked on every part of my back, Ehsan was very thorough and was always checking to make sure the pressure was okay, I’ve walked out feeling like a different person! I can’t wait for my next session in a few weeks.

Ehsan is a miracle worker ! His skill is knowing what kind of treatment will suit you best after your initial consultation & he has helped so much over the past 2 months with a sports injury & menopause symptoms ..My son who also plays rugby would highly recommend for any sports related injuries .

I visited Solace as I read the reviews and wanted a deep tissue massage on my shoulder. The pain on my shoulder had was not allowing me to sleep properly.

Ehsan did the massage, he also looked at my other shoulder and released a lot of tension. He also suggested dry cupping, which I had done.

This experience was very different from other massages I have had in the past in the way that it really targeted the pain areas and loosened the muscles properly.

I would most definitely recommend Solace therapy if you are suffering from any muscle issues.

I had a 60 minute sports massage with Ehsan following an ultramarathon and he did an amazing job. Checked in regularly regarding pressure and it has definitely helped my recovery! Thank you very much!

I had my full body MOT check today, it was nothing short of perfect. Super friendly, nice quiet room with calming music and the massage itself was super relaxing and my body already feels 10x better. Can’t thank you guys enough. I’ll be back in a few months for my next check up!

I would give him 100 stars. I am very fussy about massage and this is the best massage I have had in 11 years living in Manchester and would even go as far as saying ever. He really understands the body and the muscles and you will see the benefits immediately what a difference. Don’t think twice about booking he is AMAZING
