Used this firm for property purchase. Awful experience. Extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone. Needed constant chasing. Needed to check everything they did as they would often miss things and make mistakes. Avoid

We have today completed on the sale of our flat and the whole process has run extremely smoothly with So Legal. I can in particularly recommend James Halpin (Head of Commercial Property) who was so responsive throughout from the very first point of contact and quote to completion. It was not a straightforward sale with multiple parties involved, however James navigated all the issues, promptly responding throughout, resulting in a timely completion and him not deviating from his original quote. Would 100% use So Legal again.

The fee was explained and was a one off inclusive fee.
There was a deadline of about 4 weeks. The whole thing was completed in less than the deadline. Along the way I was kept informed in a friendly and open way, inviting any queries or concerns.
