I’ve had a great experience with Solent Timepieces, and in particular with Lewis. We’ve been in frequent communication regarding both buying and selling watches, and throughout the process he has been consistently professional, responsive, and transparent.

Met Lewis through a mutual contact who’d bought a high-end precious metal Rolex. Had been eyeing up buying a Rolex submariner hulk, and when Lewis advertised one on his website didn’t hesitate to contact him. He messaged me back straight away despite being on holiday 😂. We agreed a fair price as part of a part exchange and completed an easy transaction. His showroom is discreet and well set up. Will be working with Lewis on my collection going forward.

I first met Lewis at the Canford Classic and Supercar event on Sunday 24th August, where he had a display of some great watches, including a Rolex Submariner‘Hulk’, which I have always admired. We had a good chat about watches in general and he was not at all ‘pushy’ for a sale. I contacted Lewis the next day, Bank Holiday Monday, sent him some photos of my old (1996) Submariner and my wife’s Datejust and a few hours later agreed a part exchange deal.
Lewis then offered to meet us later that afternoon at his office/showroom and I am now the proud owner of a ‘Hulk’. The customer service we received from the time we first met Lewis was exceptional and I would not hesitate to recommend Solent Timepieces if you are looking for a quality, well priced Rolex.
