Very good customer service and got my ps5 up and running same day

I contacted them to diagnose and repair to faulty ps5 controllers. I was kept informed throughout the whole process. We discussed the level of repair and all fees were disclosed before any repairs took place. I plan to use them again shortly to clean my ps5 console and would reccommend to anyone who needs this service.

I'm a "mature" lady without young relatives, and I find it hard to keep up with techie developments. Sol has just helped me to set up (and feel confident with) a new laptop and printer. He was incredibly patient and non-patronising, and I also felt completely confident that he knew what he was doing. In the past he's helped me set up a new smart TV, and I'm hoping that next he will help me with a new smartphone!

Sent my ps5 for a repair couple months ago, it broke again sent it to sol at around 10pm got a message at 11 and told to send a cab for collection within the hour highly recommend solfixit for anything forget your local high road shops!
