Solfixit was professional and attentive throughout. They fixed my 2019 15 inch Macbook Pro and completely cleaned it inside and out. It came back looking and working like a brand new machine! Not only that but they explained the process step by step as it was being fixed and gave continuous updates and realistic time scale of the fix which they stuck to. Had a battery issue with an old laptop I hadn’t used in a good few years, had a quick search on trustpilot and google which lead me to Solfixit. Turns out I live close by and was given the option for someone to come and drop a new battery off, which then changed to a call out to fit the battery for me! Everything was explained really thoroughly, from the fitting of the battery to organising the appt itself. Honestly cannot recommend Solfixit enough!!
