Hassan provided great customer service throughout the experience. Although we didn’t buy a car with them this time, we could consider using this garage in the future.

I wanted to wait a little while before I wrote my review to see how the service held up. I was a bit unsure initially because of some reviews I had seen, but I had found a really good deal on their website so I decided to visit anyway. So glad I did!! Staff were really helpful and seemed sensetive to the fact that it's a big purchase and I wanted to be sure. Didn't feel pressured at all, which I think is rare with car sales. Have had a few minor issues come up but it has been dealt with promptly and with great care. Definitely recommend, I would go back in the future.

Hamza was very skilled in explaining how the warranty and PCP agreement works in great detail, and allowed me to come to my own decisions on those aspects. He was happy to let me test drive a Ford Puma when we met. He washed the vehicle and it came with a fresh MOT just before purchase completion.
He also helped me tax the vehicle while I insured it, so I could drive it away immediately. Good APR, too!

I had been looking for just this make and model of car and the Sonny Adams example was very well priced. On visiting, the car was ready and well prepared. A few things needed sorting and these were done as asked. Communication with Hamza was especially pleasant - he is good to deal with and very helpful. Other staff did not reach his high standard.

Very disappointing experience.

I had a very uncomfortable experience with Sonny Adams Motors. In my personal view, my details were used to apply for multiple finance options without my clear understanding or agreement. When I declined the offers, I felt the staff became rude and unprofessional.

What makes it worse is that I am still receiving letters from different finance companies about applications I never knowingly made. This has caused me a lot of stress and inconvenience, and I am now having to contact these companies to sort everything out myself.

Based on my experience, I would not choose to return

WARNING!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!!
I bought a car from Sonny Adams over two months ago, the sales guys seemed lovely. Less then two weeks later it broke down.
They are still “fixing it it” is what we heard for weeks. Everytime you try and call they give an excuse, as to why it's taking so long that's if you can actually get through to anyone…They don't have a part, they ordered a wrong part, a mechanic couldn't come in today because his car broke down, the relevant mechanic is not in because he's sick, that person you need to speak to is now on holiday and it goes on and on and on week after week, excuse after excuse, its sick!This went on for 7 weeks. Until they finally agreed to give us the money back, although we had to chase them up for that aswell. This whole experience has been so distressing at a time when I needed my car the most. I've had big problems with cars in the past and know many people who have had big issues with their cars and never has it ever taken 7 weeks to repair not even close!
Don't get fooled when you go in to buy a car and the staff are lovely - if any thing going wrong your screwed.
These people are dodgy and should feel deeply embarrassed on so many levels.

An absolutely appalling experience. Would have no hesitation in advising anyone to avoid these people like the plague. They delivered an unsafe and unroadworthy car which miraculous passed an MOT only a week before with missing wheel bolts, windscreen wipers with no rubber attached, damaged windscreen and seat bases not even fixed correctly. In addition to this there was a 10,000 mile discrepancy on the mileage of the car that despite having bought it 6 months ago now I still haven't had an adequate explanation. Air con didn't work, needed a new condenser not covered under warranty as it was faulty when arrived, then took them 5 months to get it fixed. Whilst logistics was a bit of a problem, it took 4 months to actually get a response from them. Took 4 months to get a refund that was promised by them when I had to get a proper dealer to fit wheel bolts, windscreen wipers and brake pads as the brake pads on the car were dangerous as they had glazed. Also had to get the car serviced as their 'full service history' wasn't and it hadn't been serviced since 2022. I now have to get the windscreen replaced using my own insurance for them to pay the excess rather than them fit a new one and the seat bases fixed at my own cost and probably wait another 4 months for the promised refund for that. Their communication is absolutely terrible, they have made many many promises and not delivered on a single one. I have had many many apologies from these people however despite the apologies and promises, 5 months after buying the car most of the issues still remain other than the ones I have sorted out myself. To be honest I wish I had rejected the car and will probably now go down this route as yet again I have radio silence from them about the remaining issues despite promises that they would sort. Perhaps a case in the small claims court will make them realise that it is just not ok to treat customers like this. Definitely a dealer to completely avoid

Miraculously it seems that as soon as a bad review goes on there a load of people suddenly give good reviews. Just check out the company stats for organic reviews that are not requested by them and strangely the number goes sky high as soon as a 1 star hits. Funny that. Clearly couldn't care less about their actual customers and have far more problems than the reviews would suggest. 100% you should definitely avoid these cowboys
