I’ve brought a car from Sonny Adam’s today with Elyas, he was very helpful and I can’t fault the customer service, he was amazing with me and very patient.
I am very satisfied. Would definitely recommend.

Bought a car from Elyas a few months ago, fantastic service. Friendly and very knowledgable. Elyas answered all queries I had and put my mind at ease regarding the sale. I’ve had the car for 3 months now and it’s safe to say it was definitely a good buy! Couldn’t recommend enough.

AWFUL COMPANY! Bought a car from these over 3 months ago. When it was collected the wheels had not been fixed when they should have been, it had only 10 miles of petrol and the service history was not ready. As well as this we had to wait 2 hours to be dealt with even though we had an appointment booked. I tried to contact them multiple times via phone and email with no reply. I am still waiting for the service history, a chip to be fixed, car mats to be ordered. Every time I call them I get put on hold and then hung up on. I would never buy from these again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I bought a car from here, less than 10 days later my dashboard was like a Christmas tree. I took the car back and they kept it for nearly 4 weeks. Communication was shocking, I was chasing them everyday and they would never get back to me. I picked up the car and found my belongings had been stolen and the car was in a disgusting state, covered in dirt and litter inside. A few weeks later, the exact same faults reappeared showing me that it had not been repaired properly in the first place. I sent an email requesting a solution within 14 days before I got it fixed by an independent garage. I heard nothing back after 14 days so took it to my local garage. I informed them I was doing this and they called me immediately apologising and asking for the garage's diagnostics which I sent over. I told them I was going ahead with the repairs to make the car roadworthy and was expecting a full reimbursement. They said fine but when it came down to providing it to me, they said as a "goodwill gesture" they would give me less than half of what I paid. Absolutely disgusting service. They are con men.

Great customer service, so helpful when an issue occurred through no fault of their own. Very friendly with a quick and easy drive away. One happy customer will definitely use again and refer friends and family.

Good service,vehicle was as advertised. Vehicle was delivered but only with one key,second key arrived later in post.

Very lovely approach by the technicians and once we receive the car it’s look like a new one from showroom and good in work condition as well. And they have a lot of cars as options. And it’s very easy to choose our one with support of the employees working there.

Purchased a car from this garage 3 weeks ago, turned up on the day to collect the car was left waiting for hours while they wait for admin even though the car had already been paid for. The staff were more interested in low balling the part ex for something that it failed on 3 years ago and was repaired. Then to tax the new car as it was ex disability they wanted me to drive un taxed to a post office 20 minutes away to register which was not happening.the salesman that was dealing with us was so unprofessional he shouldn’t be aloud to sell ice creams let alone cars. I paid them 3000 to clear the old finance of which took them 3 weeks to do with a lot of emails and phone calls to which they owe me 48 pounds still which will never be seen again. The only advice I would give is to stay well clear of this garage they will cause you weeks of stress and lie the whole way through with no apology what so ever, there positive review s are clearly FAKE. They don’t even clean or prep the new cars just left with dirt everywhere.

I asked for floor mats none in car when delivered. No parcel shelf which i asked. Only one key which was resolved.
