0 stars.I ordered a floating mat for the beach you could put 3-4 people on and waited 2 months for it to arrive.It was literally a piece of thick foam one thin person could fit on.I paid 115$ for it.I sent numerous emails to them with never a reply.Piece of garbage.Rip off company.DO NOT PURCHASE

Absolute DOG S**T took like a month to arrive and it’s looks absolutely nothing like the pictures or videos, clearly not the same thing it looks like a 3rd graders art project and doesn’t do the ONE thing it’s supposed to do

They suck.scammers from China stealing money.

Ordered a £28 "rock music" jigsaw and received a "postage stamp" jigsaw instead.
When I asked for a refund I was slowly offered $2, then $5, then £5, then £8. When I finally got fed up and accepted (after 2 months of emails), the email trail died. Am now starting again at $2 and don't have any expectation of getting anything back.

For the 1st time ever I'm not the person who is wanting to hunt them down I ordered a handheld circular blades and saw. I sent email as it was late. (The covid deal) He responded next morning g. We reviewed my order and I looked at the invoice and noticed I had only been charged for the blades. He said that when the sent the order to the CHINA post they had bee. Stolen and they are out and on backorder. I received the blades a few days later. The man even sent me an email saying the saws had arrived and he would send me one with a 20% discount. I told him friend had gotten me one. I do say that I could have been a Flux so won't use them anymore. FYI
RE: Ordering from China.. I used Amazon prime to order some furniture for new home 3xs. The 1st time they caught the mistake. My 1st chaise couch went to New Jersey (if I go over 1/2 mile South idbe in the Gulf if Mexico) they credited my account next month ordered nicer chaise different company still China. It was so late it also went to new jersey. The 3rd time was not my choice fiance found a hand engraved head board. I had the account and guess what it went to NEW Jersey. No longer use Amazon.

I wish I could give this company a minus review. They advertise a metal agave plantt that is 26 1/2 inches high and when you get it, it is only 18 1/2 inches high. The product came rubber banded together with no base to even set it on. You have a bolt to stack the blades on and a nut to screw it together. The quality was awful. The product was shipped from California and they charged me a foreign transaction fee. When I requested my money back, I was told I needed to close my case out and only then would I receive a partial refund. As long as my case was open, they would not only hold my money, but would continue to charge me a customer service fee. Thus company needs to be forbidden from doing business in the US.

Ich habe dort ein Geburtstagsgeschenk bestellt, allerdings wurde die angegebene Lieferzeit lange überschritten, sodass ich per Mail darum gebeten hatte, den Auftrag zu stornieren - keine Reaktion!
Nach mehreren Wochen war noch immer nichts da, also habe ich die Transaktion über Paypal gemeldet. Plötzlich wurde ein Paket auf den Weg gebracht und Paypal hat den Käuferschutz abgelehnt, da ja nun eine Sendungsnummer vorlag. Da ich die Ware weder brauchte noch wollte, habe ich die Annahme verweigert!
Das Paket ging zurück, der Verkäufer reagiert weiterhin nicht.
Paypal lehnte eine Wiederaufnahme des Käuferschutzes ab, obwohl in der Sendungsverfolgung klar zu sehen ist, dass die Ware zurück gegangen ist!
Nach zahlreichen e-Mails mit der Bitte um Erstattung der Kosten sagt der Verkäufer, er hätte die Ware zurück erhalten und sende die Bestellung erneut raus… Der Wunsch der Rückzahlung wurde bis heute ignoriert (5 Monate nach Kauf) und eine erneute Sendung blieb bislang auch aus! Auf weitere Nachrichten wird garnicht mehr reagiert und die rund 100€ habe ich somit wohl irgendwelchen Betrügern in den Allerwertesten geblasen!
Der letzte Drecksladen, bloß die Finger davon lassen!
Paypal hat mich in der Sache ebenfalls unfassbar geärgert, hätte ich nicht die Gewissheit des Käuferschutzes gehabt, hätte ich dort niemals bestellt!!

This company is Chinese after 14 days i stil hadnt recieved a shipping receipt. Thank heavens i paid through paypal and my credit card as paypal refunded me my money.

I have been waiting a month for a lamp, this company has fobbed me off with" its lost in transit "I've asked for a refund & they simply ignore. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Hi just as all the other hundred reviews this company should be shut down I don't understand why it hasn't been if there's anybody out there that has a in on getting that done please do so. This is a scamming company they show you a top end product and send you a piece of junk this is what they do probably a Chinese mob running this company. If this happens to you just have your credit card reverse the charges they do it immediately and when they find out about the company the money is yours permanently. I'm personally waging a personal war against them I hate this crap here we go

Beware of these criminals. I bought a "Logitech C920" camera, but what I got was a cheap poor quality camera. I even gave it a go, but the quality of the image is appalling. When asking for a refund, offered £3. I have opened a claim with Paypal. These fraudsters must be reported. It is a shame I have not checked them in Truspilot first.

i’m embarrassed that they have scammed me also. I ordered 3 of one product and they shipped me a different much cheaper product. In responding to my email they offered me $5 against a $43 order as settlement. No Way

This company shipped hazardous mold covered material to me and then offered no refund, These items should be stopped at US Customs. They are just criminals.

I wish I could give them 0 stars!! After waiting 2 months for the item to be shipped from China, I received the wrong item. It's not even what I ordered! So very disappointing. Very poor customer service. You can't get a response from anyone. Stay away!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Stay away from buying anything from this company!!!!!!! I purchased shoe containers since May and today is Sept 25.No product or refund...They need to find who’s behind this company and arrest them..Just think about how much money this fraudulent company has made off of consumers.

A one star rating is too high and we should have read the reviews before purchasing. The shoe stackable we purchased took close to 2-moths to ship from NY to out of the country and back to the US again (still SMH). The package came unassembled with no instructions. The main stackable material was flimsy plastic that didn’t properly fit with the other pieces. Very very disappointed.

I viewed a deal on their website for a Robotic vacuum, sweeper, wetmop. It was to have a station with water and would act as a wet mop and go back to the station and empty dirty water. What I just received is a different product. Only a robot vacuum that if you want to wet mop, place a moist pad under it. These are scammers from the word go. Listen to others and do not purchase anything from them. You are not going to receive what was advertised.

Horrible experience - STAY AWAY!!

Their shoe rack shows an image of shoes like Jordan’s that can fit inside - couldn’t even fit my yeezys. On top of that, they shipped the wrong color. Trying to return requires learning to work with Chinese Addresses only after starting a case with PayPal and just overall, will NEVER buy from these frauds again
